Waited for over 35 mins for a meal. They had nothing prepared, service was horrible, lady taking my ordered sounded unpleasant and rushing. Horrible experience of my life just getting a small meal from here. Does management not care how this facility is being ran??

I think after trying these chicken sandwiches I will never eat a Chick fill A again Delicious sandwiches and their French fries were absolutely delicious. The staff was very attentive to us and the food delivery was fast. My only advice is to improve the temperature of the place because it is very cold š„¶

I went today 12/6/24 because ai wanted to treat my grand baby to one of her favorite meal but I had a bad experience but the manager made it better but they forgot my mash potatoes and now we only had chicken and some biscuits and some French fries but was not enough for all the ppl we had here. I had ordered 16 piece family and a 8 piece chicken but I do appreciate the manager help but I still got screwed I have been calling but no answer.

This location should not advertise that they open at 10am if they do not open at that time. We waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody came over the intercom. Then we tried going inside at 10 after and the doors were still locked. It seems after reading other reviews, customer service is a common issue with this location.

They use Vegetable Shortening in their biscuits. That is probably the worst thing a person could eat for health. No thanksā¦

This Popeyes has terrible customer service I waited several minutes in my car for my order and was forced to go inside to check what was going on, who I am assuming was the manager immediately treated my order like it wasnāt a concern and the cashier had to stop what she was doing to speed up my order because they knew it was taking too long. And even when I got the food and waited 7 minutes for it to be prepared the manager got mad at her and he never started or showed any attempt of getting ready to prepare my food whatsoever the entire time. This Popeyes has terrible leadership. I will be reporting them to their Corporate office, this is unacceptable. If anyone else has dealt with this I suggest you do the same thing.

Took 45 minutes to recieve any food the girl taking the order was nice but again I'm in a drive through and should not take 45 minutes to an hour to get my food they are also always out of half the menu and the food is not fresh this is a sad establishment and should not be running like this

I ordered through doordash and half my food was missing. Tried contacting the store and the phone was off the hook. I spent 60 dollars on dinner for my family and had to order from somewhere else so everyone could eat. And not being able to get ahold of anyone about this is ridiculous.
