Don’t eat here if you have a specific food in mind because they’re always out of everything and nobody cares to correct it . I’ve been more times than i can count where my food was wrong and/or missing .

Bought 6 plain wings, large slaw and small Mac. They didn’t have rice and beans available “what is that about Popeyes”. I received ghost pepper wings, the Mac and cheese was good. Be careful out there Mom’s for orders with ghost peppers. They also didn’t show the charge for the wings which are $6.99, so I couldn’t tell what the actual charges are. This needs to be fixed Popeyes, thanks.

These people are in absolutely no hurry to serve you. I waited an hour and a half in the drive thru and inside the store for food that I ordered online and eventually left with nothing and requested a refund online (which I'm still waiting on btw). While there i witnessed employees goofing off and talking on cell phones behind the counter. One girl was yelling loudly at someone on her phone asking them to send her money so she could put gas in her car and go home. Really?! Floors and tables were filthy. I also witnessed an employee walk from the back where he was cooking, get handed something by a random person sitting in a booth and walk back. Super shady. That was around when I left because I had my toddler with me. We went to chick fil a nearby and got food in less than 10 minutes and they were busier than Popeyes!

If you’re into slow service and staff who couldn’t give a cluck— you’re gonna love that chicken from this Popeye’s! I’m hoping the uncleanliness displayed in these pics are just a result of a very busy lunch hour (it was about 2:30p when these were taken). I’m still a fan of Popeye’s great flavor, but at $40+ for 3 small meals, it will be another long time before I get the cravin’ for their flavin’.

This is perhaps the worst Popeyes location I’ve experienced over the years. I visited multiple times thinking it would not be bad every time considering I’ve eaten at locations in other cities and states, but it never gets better. This is the last time I visit. The lines are long and the service is slow. They sometimes mess up your order, the food never seems fresh, and one time I had to go into the restaurant to get my food that I ordered through the drive thru. I hope management/owners sees this and make changes for the better.

I can see why the reviews are so bad! My son is always trying to get me to order from here but I read reviews so I have never eaten here. I let him talk me into ordering from Door dash and all I can say is WOW! It was supposed to be two tender boxes. They threw all the tenders in one box and put about 10 fries in the box for one of the sides. My mashed potatoes were missing as well as both dipping sauces. One of the biscuits was so hard you couldn't even eat it and the other biscuit was missing. I called the store and the girl who answered was rude and cut me off. It was my first time eating food from here and it will be my last! Do better!!!

The food is always good but they are terrible at getting my order right. Every time I order delivery they mess up my wing flavor, and a couple times when I’ve gone to pick it up or order there over had to send it back because they get the wing flavor wrong. They have also forgotten my fries completely sometimes. I’m every disappointed will not be coming back.

Waited for over 35 mins for a meal. They had nothing prepared, service was horrible, lady taking my ordered sounded unpleasant and rushing. Horrible experience of my life just getting a small meal from here. Does management not care how this facility is being ran??
If i could give zero stars I would. The workers here are nasty and lazy. I have seldomly dealt with a restaurant as bad as this one. Horrible service from very rude workers. This place is not worth the frustration in dealing with them

I think after trying these chicken sandwiches I will never eat a Chick fill A again Delicious sandwiches and their French fries were absolutely delicious. The staff was very attentive to us and the food delivery was fast. My only advice is to improve the temperature of the place because it is very cold 🥶

I went today 12/6/24 because ai wanted to treat my grand baby to one of her favorite meal but I had a bad experience but the manager made it better but they forgot my mash potatoes and now we only had chicken and some biscuits and some French fries but was not enough for all the ppl we had here. I had ordered 16 piece family and a 8 piece chicken but I do appreciate the manager help but I still got screwed I have been calling but no answer.
