When I inquired about any lunch specials I was told the cheapest was 13.88 before tax So I only ordered a side. It only got worse from there. 1. The order was wrong. I got macaroni instead of red beans and rice. Had to sit thru the drive thru twice. 2. The portion did not even fill the cup to half full. Picture available 3. The manager running the window refused to give me a refund. No other option but to leave. But I won't be back!

This review is not about the food, but unfortunately the laziness and lack of service is the worst in this place. Long waits even after you ordered through the app. And then they have the nerve to give attitude bad bad management.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 meals only to find the blackened chicken was dry as a bone, nearly inedible, and despite ordering boneless wings, I got 12 bone-in. Now I understand why this place has such poor reviews.
Love the food but this place is HORRIBLE! Their always out of something and your always waiting on food. The chicken can be a hit or miss. Be careful in going through dri thru, their always forgetting something in the bag!

Just close the doors and retrain everyone except the cashier. Never go here for lunch break unless you want to spend half your lunch trying to get your order correct. The managers at this place needs to manage to serve burnt, distasteful chicken in a franchise establishment like this. Burnt chicken!!! Who will even box burnt chicken!! #Speechless !! Stay away from this establishment
