I stop at Starbucks just about every day, about three different locations. By far this is the best location. My drink is always a special order and they never mess it up. John made my drink a couple days ago and it was delicious!!!

Went with my sister and boyfriend, asked for the new glenda drink because we are big wicked fans. we were immediately told “yes we have it but we hate making it” rudely. customer service skills were horrendous.

I'm visiting from out of town and this Starbucks is the poorest design Starbucks I've ever been to has the worst service I stood at the counter for 30 minutes and no one helped me all they care about is the drive-thru here and the drive-thru is a joke

This place is bad use anyone but this one The service is always bad. The line always wraps around itself so that the person that got the order can’t leave my coffee is always wrong And I literally only had two things to add to my coffee had to write a review because it’s getting out of hand I go to Starbucks today and I get to the Order screen, she tells me hey what can I get for you? I proceeded to tell her what I want and then she tells me that the system is down and she is not taking my order I for sure will not be using this place anymore every time there is a problem especially when Adam is there he/she can’t do nothing right

Went to this location and it fell short of the service I normally get from Starbucks. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival. I stood at the register and was ignored for at least 5 minutes. I ended up leaving because it seemed as if I was being overlooked intentionally because AS SOON AS I walked away the lady behind me was PROMPTLY assisted.
