First (and last) time visiting this Subway. Had to repeat my order 4 times and they STILL didn’t get it right. Customer service needs a lot of work - laughing and speaking all over the place is not professional.

Went to the subway in Mauldin today and was not greeted when I entered. The foreigner who was working looked at me as he was washing his hands came over and asked what I wanted. His whole demeanor was rude like as if he did not want my business. When it was time to pay, I had a coupon and asked if I could use it. The worker then proceed to say “give it here” while snatching it out my hand. I gave him a choice of words and walked out. Nobody was already there looked like he would had been happy to serve me and get the business. I will never go back and recommend nobody goes there either.

Would not Ever go to any subway near weather it mauldin or Simpsonville by they don't accep any coupons at all and as a family of five I am looking to save money. Not spend more.dont waste your time.

Taker...the owner of this subway... refused to make my sandwich even after I showed receipt and proof of payment. Basically they stole my money... bank account debited the money and I got no food.. don't order from here

Worst subway I’ve ever worked at the owner is awful went to get my last check and he said it will be here tommorow you should have picked it up Friday so I came back the next day 10 mins earlier than the time he told me to come and he opened the window and very rudely said does it look like 12pm then he proceeded to write the check that he said wasn’t there the day before when clearly he could have just wrote it for me the first time dooooooo not work here terrible place

Today I received in the mail my Clipper Magazine and enclosed therein was a page of Subway coupons. Being on fixed income, coupons are important to me. I saved the Burger King and the Arby's coupons but unfortunately had to throw out the Subway coupons. Why? Because the Mauldin store does not accept them. I found out the hard way. To be fair, other Subway stores in the Greenville,SC area do not accept coupons either. Get with the program or don't send me coupons.
