Just had an online pickup. Lady cleaning dining area greeted me with a smile. Checked to see how long on my food and personally handed it to me while thanking me. Truly she was so kind and the smile showed she was happy to help.

Although I did get lectured by an employee for saying yes instead of yes ma'am I still like this subway and Abby a trainiee is very nice has the best customer service and always smiles while getting my order right like a boss if other subways had people like her five stars to every single one.
