We like the food here but don't do the drive thru unless you want to wait. We ordered ahead online for a kids meal, when we arrived they started cooking the chicken and fries so took about 5 minutes. Then when we were given our order they gave us the wrong portion of fries so we waited another 5 minutes while they were cooking those. While this is happening, several cars were backed up behind us because there was no where for us to go while waiting on our order.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for one car to move and then left. Food is overpriced. If you ask for double protein they will charge for it but won’t actually give double portions. Go to any of the other tropical grilles.

I got door dash today and it was amazing!! I order the Carne Asada Bowl, French fries, side sweet and sour and sour cream and salsa. I ended up not using the sour cream and salsa. The sweet and sour was so good with the bowl I will make sure I get it on the bowl next time. I 10 out of 10 recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Tried the new hamburger it was awesome!! My mother favorite is hamburger. Went there to get a bottle of Mustard sauce and asked if she wanted to try the burger. She said it replaced her other fave burger place from the top spot! She ket me have a taste and it was delicious! Great job!

The sauces they make in house are awesome. Always nice to support a local restaurant. This one is pretty unique. Love their fries, plantains, and tres leches cake.

Our first negative experience, we had gotten 2 bowls and came to enjoy them only to find the meats salty. As we told management, they were super understanding and promptly remade our food at no additional cost. Even offered us another meat option before hand to ensure we were satisfied. Thank you Nathan (or Nathaniel) for your help! We'll definitely continue returning as customers!
