Standard Waffle house. Zero surprises and exactly as expected. They stayed open through Helena and we were hit hard. I lost 14 Trees 😔 ... but as ever, Waffle House was open. They say you can rate a storm based on waffle house being open. My family got a hot meal while out of electricity!!

Got my order wrong, but I will willing to eat it anyway. Manager insisted that it be remade which was nice, but the re-make took longer than expected and was wrong again. My breakfast companion was already finished eating so I asked that my meal just be taken off the ticket. The waitress just said ok. Left hungry and will not go to that location again.

I was ignored as three other individuals came in, ordered their food, were served, and left. The difference between us? I was the only non-black individual in the store. Noone spoke to me for 40 minutes. They watched me leave with smug faces like they accomplished something. 35 years of eating at waffle house. I won't be back. Racists.
I once gave this Waffle House a 1 star but after visiting this location again to see if the service would be better I'm glad I did. I come during lunch sometimes on 2nd shift and KJ help change my overall mindset about this location. He's attentive and give magnificent service. KJ you rock!!!

I ordered a blueberry waffle cooked light, not burnt. Cheese grits are supposed to have cheese, that's what i paid for a there wasn't any. I so happy I decided to bring cash so that I wouldn't have to tip because I had a feeling that my order would be wrong. The next time I'll drive the extra miles to the waffle house that I Normally drive to, on West Georgia Rd.

We walked in the restaurant about 5:45 am with my husband after work. The two employees were sitting in the corner and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We went to sit down when we seen a roach on the table on top of the menu. Needless to say, we will not be eating there anymore.

There were ants on the sugar container at the table. I handed it to the server and told her and she just took it to a different table. She was at the end of her shift and mad she got sat with us.
