Service was great! The cook needs a little work. Steak came out long before my eggs and got cold. The cheese on my hash browns was barely melted. But our server was really super nice and attentive.

Very Nasty customer service, very rude. Had to wait over 30 minutes because cook and servers were playing around. Offered a drink but had to pay for it.Business tip: a courtesy drink for waiting on staff to clean up is Free …Very bad experience. Arguing in front of customers, cleaning the grill with food, I can go on about this place it was horrible.. The cooked claimed he was the manager not even knowing I knew who the store manager was. no stars are deserved..

2nd time I’ve gone in around 3:30am and they were smoking cigarettes outside the restaurant with the door locked :/ what happened to 24/7. Even the waffles houses in Florida stayed opened during the hurricanes…

Went there to eat and they said the only thing they were serving was grits and hashbrowns. There is alot of people done to help cleanup after a disaster and want food. Need to ship up or ship out.

Waffle house at its finest… who doesn’t love some classic Waffle House breakfast after a night out!!! The best!!
Food was good. Please start using more gender inclusive pronouns. A couple of ladies kept getting called guys by waitstaff. Guys refers to men. Maybe try ya all, hey folks some neutral.

Waffle House is my son’s favorite place to eat. This is the only one where we’ve experienced an issue. I happened to be there when the franchise owner was there. She was nasty to her staff and to customers. The food was not prepared the same as other locations, which I don’t blame on the staff. She was unhelpful and unkind. Will never go back there
