My order was incorrect, no cheese on hashbrowns. No lettuce for chicken sandwich and half a tomato. Very disappointing. Hashbrowns were half raw and cold.

The only waffle house i go to... it's always clean, service is always good, food is always good but it's cold inside lol.. all employees I have seen there are great group of people and they work really well together as a team.
I had a similar experience as a previous reviewer. Walked in around 5 pm, I other table was seated. The counter was dirty. The cook's s station was a mess. The waitress was in the front but nobody was cleaning. The grits were almost cold, the eggs were overcooked. Just not a good experience.

I don’t expect a lot from a Waffle house, almost nothing and I love it. I’ve been eating at Waffle House since I was little and have never seen what I saw on 5/3/2025. My brother was visiting and we chose waffle House as our dinner (classic for us) I walked in and said hello to what seemed like the manager who was a younger lady with blonde hair. Wearing a blue button up shirt. I asked her how she was doing several times and she would stare at me, not commenting back with a look of extreme anger on her face. There was no one else in the restaurant. Every table was smeared with syrup and covered and waffles, pancakes, etc. Again, I have very low standards. No one cleaned off a table anfter waiting and I told my brother we had to leave because we were “unable“ to eat there. As we were driving off, I could see the same pissed off lady with the blonde hair, wiping down one table and then leaving to go to the kitchen. It was very passive aggressive. Kids these days right. She had a bad day, but that’s no reason to treat a customer like crap and ruin my dinner. I will never return to the Waffle House in Mauldin. I think this is the first one star I’ve ever given - congratulations
Had an amazing time here until our check came I had been door dashing all day to get enough money to feed my self and my puppy I mentioned how much money we made to my doordash partners and she charged me every dime I made for $28-$32 worth of food I was charged $40 and didn't realize until after I was down the road that she charged me for EVERY soda refill the cook did amazing and the food was delicious so whatever waitress was working I hope your happy my puppy is starving because you wanted to be greedy
