Don’t go to this Wendy’s they never get your order right and are slow we waited 30 minutes for our food and they forgot half of our order
I don't like this wendys. My food is always wrong and everyone is always rude. No straw no napkins. Frys not good. No stars for me
They omitted an item by mistake when I was in the drive-thru. Trying to be courteous to others in the line, I pulled into a parking spot and walked inside to let them know. They wanted to slowly and disgustingly dig through my bag. Very rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary.
Disgusting expected ur stuff just thrown together n shredded cheese on ur cheese fries n u must’ve thought if it gonna be melted n lol yk they gone be rude about it
Review for Wendy’s (Malden Location) – ★☆☆☆☆
I recently had yet another disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. The staff were exceptionally rude, showing little pride in serving customers. Every time I visit, it seems like something is wrong—whether it’s being rushed through the ordering process, or the employees not taking the time to listen properly.
On both occasions, I encountered several issues with the food quality. The hamburgers came with old patties, and the nuggets were clearly not fresh. When I requested fresh items, my request was met with indifference, as if fresh food wasn’t even a priority. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re merely accepting whatever is served, especially when you’re paying for a meal.
The overall customer service is abysmal—poorly trained and seemingly unqualified staff make every visit a letdown. As consumers, we deserve better. It’s unacceptable for a fast food establishment to be this careless with both its service and its food.
Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
This was the worst Wendy's single I have ever had. The burger was overcooked and dry....with no flavor at all....fired were cold...and the frost was filled 3/4 of the way. How can Wendy's charge $25 for two of these meals is beyond me. I will NEVER stop again at a Wendy's.
The man at the drive thru tonight was extremely rude the entire time we were dealing with him. We even asked for a drink carrier and he slammed the window in our face and bluntly told us no. Seeing all the other reviews and the 3 star rating says a lot. Do they not have a decent manager? A district manager? Someone should really check this place out.
Food was good and out really quickly. They didn't have ice in the soda machine and the screen was kinda sticky, aside from that everything was fine.
I love Wendy's and this one used to be my favorite. I will not be back after today. I am tired of the unfriendly rude cashier in the drive up. When I ordered today and she gave me total and told me to pull up, I said thank you and she said - not welcome. Not sure if she knew I could hear or if she cared. I NEVER get a receipt. I guess maybe it is known you need a receipt number to give a review. Food is normally good- but today was cold and dried out. I don't need people like this in my life so I won't be back.
Very rude service.The girl at window was dancing around cutting up with another girl employee. Turn her back to us. No greeting handed our food an shut the widow with back to us.My salad was wilted an chicken was hard and dried out. Apple was soggy. Won't return .Worst service I've ever had.

Terrible, I get a taco salad and ask for extra dressing they gave me Cesar dressing instead of the correct dressing, my chicken wrap was terribly put together and the edges of the wrap were hard. The atmosphere was also less than stellar. The girl in the drive through asked her supervisor for help and they were mocking her for it. Definitely not the best wendies I've been to.

This location has the wrong customer service I have ever been to. Also they only take credit cards no cash transactions at this time. Plus they messed up my order. Never again at this location.
Very unhappy. Cashier was extremely rude from the minute I ordered. I did a second order of frostys. Got 2 of them and they were maybe half filled. So I asked if this was how they come. The manager was standing there and said oh we will fix it. Cashier jerked them off the counter talking about she needs a cigarette. Excuse me for wanting what I paid for. I was hopeful since they had a A on the door. Needless to say it wasn’t worth it.
People don’t realize their attitude affects others and her nasty attitude definitely affected our lunch.
Don't go here early in the morning! It is supposed to open 630 am, but they always have an excuse why they cannot serve you. They either say it is not really open, the 630 am open sign isn't actually true, the manager isn't here yet and we can't serve etc etc. I now go to the Wendy's on Woodruff and they have no problems serve at 630 am. Mauldin location really bad, I even reached out to the owner and totally ignores emails. Very poorly run, lack of professionalism.
