This Wendy's needs all new employees!! Awhile back I went through the drive thru with my 89 year old mother. Evidently, she wasn't deciding fast enough for the employee who was very rude!! When we got to the window I was asking a question and the manager (I believe) clapped her hands at me to hurry up and was so very rude!! We have not and will not ever go back. These Wendy's employees were the rudest I have ever experienced! There are too many restaurants that have employees that appreciate their jobs and their customers.

This location is awful. Was told no cold brew in drive through by person taking my order then someone else proceeds to come over the mic and tell me they have it and the previous person was “messing with me.” Then was told my food I ordered would be 5-7 mins. The they were messing with me again cause it took 20min waiting on the food and they had already been open for 4.5hrs? Nobody actually working at this spot go elsewhere.

One word - Confused.I tried to give Wendy's another chance today. *Reference previous review.*Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order on Sunday after church. The lady over the intercom said, "we are only taking orders in the lobby at this time."My husband and I both looked at each other confused. The drive thru is open, but they are asking us to come inside to place an order. As we are hearing the message, we are looking at two young men standing in front of the front door, I assume they were taking a smoke break.My husband and I left very disappointed because they young men that we could see, looked to be almost happy that we may not order anything at all. It is Wendy's, I get that. But the customers matter, or at least I used to think so.

I went through the drive thru at 1:45pm Friday February 2nd. I ordered two large chilis and two Large half sweet/half unsweet teas. Once I got home, I noticed there was hardly any chill in my cups! See picture. Our teas were all sweet! I was not giving a receipt. The drive thru was very speedy and the young girl was very professional and was getting everyone in line in and out.Very disappointed in what I paid for.
