Whataburger in Mauldin lunch is great!! Very friendly staff and fast in receiving food. Don't go for dinner. Nobody ever at front to take orders. Takes 15-25minutes to get food even when they are not busy.

I have never been to a Whataburger in my life. The place was very clean. The burgers are pretty good. The mustard is overpowering. I will leave that off next time. I like the spicy ketchup but you have to ask for it. It was a nice treat to have them deliver your order to your table. They also go around the restaurant with extra condiments or will refill your drink for you. Nice perk. We will be back in the future.

Food is alright for late night, my critical review comes from not once. Not twice. I’m talking multiple times, where I’ve ordered a burger and wanted to add a patty. I received my order without the extra patty. And maybe 1/2 of what I asked for. Ordering a bacon cheeseburger should come with bacon no? Oh and yea I was charged the amount every time for my extra patty I didn’t receive. Same for paying a bit more for the bacon cheeseburger. Never coming back. Tired of being robbed a few dollars every time I go. Night shift🗑️🚮
Food was hot. Waited in line only for the order to be wrong. Quickly corrected though. Cafeteria was closed so communication should be top tier. Watch entrance/exit at the light.

Every time I visit this Whataburger, it seems like there’s always something wrong with my order. I already have to wait, and then I have to wait again for it to be remade. I’m not sure if anyone in there drinks tea, but the tea tastes watered down or like tea bags. And the fries never make it to the red light. Just could be better, clean dining area though .
