Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I sat in an unmoving drive-through line for over 20 mins. Was unable to get food as I had to get to work.

I have went to this location several times . Today I got a Cobb salad and i was not satisfied . They went really skimpy on the lettuce and all ingredients . I think it was because they were busy but I’m still hungry .

I ordered the zenzation salad to go. I should have looked at it before I left the building. The egg roll was over cooked and soggy. The chicken was burned. The drive thru was busy, but I was the only one inside. May think hard before going back.

I ordered on doordash and the food never came. While I was texting my DoorDash driver he said they were being extremely not helpful, they didn’t even give them anything to drink at all. When he went back up there they said somebody else picked it up and it never of been there mind you I had placed the order around 8:00 and it was 2 hours until they finally said they didn’t have the order and somebody else picked it up mind you nobody had picked it up. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on DoorDash cause they are extremely not helpful and doesn’t tell you anything about your order.

Zaxby in mauldin is on point great, the food is excellent and great portion for the money. And service is good. Do not go to zaxby downtown greenville, or the 1 in Simpsonville. Simpsonville being the worse 3 times. Food was short, no condiments and the best salad they ever came up with was horrible. Now the salad (sensation w a z) has not been good at any zaxby this time around. The lettuce is not mixed greens as it use to be in 2010, and it's not good to take home because of how it's put together now. It's not the best that it used to be and it's not happy food anymore it upsets you because of the quality of the salad. That's from Simpsonville mauldin downtown and greenville laurens rd. Mauldin hands down is the best to receive good hot food. It's been consistent. My children always choose this place. Even during covid time they stayed consistent. That's mauldin zaxby.

Cleanest Zaxbys i think I've ever been in!

The workers there are good very nice every time I go. The food is good if you love pickles you have to try the fried pickles so delicious

Not one chicken was harmed for the production of this post.... now,...that being said,....the post i pretty much complete and im hungry so somebody please kill some chickens , bc i honestly loooove some zaxbys and i find it hard to believe that even the chickens arent eating some of the chicken

It took these children 30mins to move 6 cars through the drive thru while they laughed and messed around with friends in the store. Where is an adult at when you need them? This is why this Zaxby's is losing all the revenue to other stores

Worst possible wait in human history. Drive-thru cashier doing everything alone and in no rush what so ever. Is he new or what? Never seen a lack of concern for customers in my life. Is the kitchen lacking equipment?
Are they trying to close early? What on earth?! I have worked in restaurantes in my youth so I know there are issues that occur. But nhere was no communication or explanations of a 30 or more minute delay.

Not impressed at all. Service was terrible, I asked if they could keep the food separate so we could tell the difference between the wimpy & tongue torch sauce because one was for a kid and we didn’t want him to get the spicy one, when it came out they were both together and when I asked about which one was which the guys said “I don’t know” and just walked away. Moving on we were eating and I found hair in my food. When brought to the managers attention she just looked at me and said “okay and? What do you want me to do about it?” Terrible customer service. My son found a bug in his drink. The list just keeps going on. We are here out of town and just stopped to get a bite to eat. We now know where not to stop when we come back!
