This is the most put together Subway I've been to in awhile. They were swamped with a busload of soccer players when we arrived and yet, they handled everything and got the job done. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and didn't run out of anything. Very pleased and kudos to the staff who are very good at their job.

Spent $40 on 4 subs ordered in the app to pick up while passing through from Hartsville to Pageland. First sub was missing the marinara sauce requested. Next sub was a ham, lettuce, tomato, mustard, cheese. What was received was ham, lettuce, black olives, onion, sweet onion sauce, mayo, and cheese. COMPLETELY WRONG except for the bread and lettuce. I called when I reached home in Pageland and was told I would have to drive 30 miles BACK and try to arrive before closing to receive a refund or correct sandwich. Employees acted as if it was hilarious they messed up and I was out of money and food for my grandchild.
I would be a lot more understanding if it was pack and busy, but there were zero customers inside and Employees were inside cutting up when I arrived.
Yes, I should have checked everything before leaving, but had to rush to pick up grandchild due to rain canceling his event in Pageland. I rather get screwed out of the ten bucks than leave him stranded in the rain, but I am definitely unhappy.
Two of the subs were correct and tasted okay.

Fresh, good and i got exactly what I wanted. The workers were nice. They were working on multiple subs at one time and still got them all right. It was a small place but most subway are. Stopped here on our way to the big water and got our picky kids the new cheese pizzas they have. They really liked that they could get a pizza when we got subs.

Store is a 4 or 5 star pretty much all the time. This is my go-to subway. The 1 star is for the app, and the stores inability to correct the issue, or pay at the store.
It is no reflection on the cleaniless of the location or food quality. They are good to great always.
Subway app sucks! When I spend 3o mins trying to order and pay with no positive results then subway or the store should make it right at a minimum, and match the price of my app total, if not a much more significant discount.not being able to pay in the store on a signed in account is bogus too. On the bright side the app saved me $25. I'm about to delete this app and stop ordering from Subway if these problems persist. Do better Thanks Subway

There were flies everywhere in the food… i literally saw some land on the toppings. so gross. And then when bagging my sub… the cashier coughed in her hands then proceeded to wrap it. So unsanitary here!!!
