They were busy and likely understaffed. Was asked to pull up then after 20 mins went in to check and they didn’t have our order. Provided receipt and then I waited another 10 mins bc they had ran out of biscuits.

Went to Hardees to order the chicken strips with fries and cole slaw. This is the second time in the past few months that they have no Cole Slaw. Unbelievable Hardees is out of products. You should do better by your customers

The cashiers computer messed up, and I was willing to reprocess my card, but the cashier out of his own kindness paid for my meal for me. He was very nice and made me much more likely to return to this location.

Advertise breakfast till 12 noon but never have it available. Excuses like out of breakfast food, systems are down over 4 different attempts
