I have to share my love for Amazing Chicken! I'm from Charleston, where we have some great restaurants, but whenever I’m in McCormick, I can’t resist stopping by the Drive Inn for their two-piece Chicken Breast plate—it's a real treat! And don’t miss out on their hotdogs with slaw; they’re a must-try! This local gem really shows off Southern hospitality, and I promise, you won’t be disappointed with the delicious food! Enjoy!
I'm giving the food a five. The chicken was really good and we tried the corn nuggets since we heard they were good and we're not disappointed. The okra was great. The restaurant is small and I think a lot of the business is carry out. They got a lot of phone calls and were quite busy in the kitchen. Good fried chicken takes 30 minutes so it's not a place to go in a hurry. If we're in the area again we would probably call in a to go order and get extras for...
I had such a great meal here! I had the Philly sandwich with onion rings, and corn nuggets and everything tasted so good. I was also able to have a bite of their chicken and it was so crispy and delicious. The server was so sweet and attentive. I'm definitely going back to try another one of their plates.
