Ordered a sub for dinner, they made the sub but never delivered it! When I called back for my refund, they took the phone off the hook! Maybe corporate would be interested in my experience! I will NEVER order from here again! I will make sure that I share my experience with ALL my friends and co workers!

The owner of this establishment was extremely rude to me. I requested the 6.99 sandwich meal deal displayed on the front of the store. The advertisement states any sandwich. I ordered a number 20 which includes 2x cheese. I asked her while preparing the sandwich and she told me no it doesn’t include this sandwich and tried to add shredded cheese. She started to yell and stated she was busy and I just walked out without the meal. Go somewhere else!! I’d rather starve than give money to a franchise owner like this

Terrible place! The owner/operator TOLD her employee,( in front of us !) to cut back on our meat orders. We were LITERALLY given two small slices of ham on each sub! She is EXTREMELY moody and unfriendly, makes you feel rushed to get your order in and there's clearly a language barrier between her and customers. I feel sorry for the young girl working there, her employer is NOT a nice person to work for and you can see she is NOT happy working there. Needless to say.....we won't be back.

Well normally the food is great but hiding and closing the store 30 minutes before hand and turning lights off while there isn't nice. We enjoy coming here weekly.

So I'm changing my review from last time... the girl here seemed like she hated life and everyone around. Made my sandwich wrong, I asked a question and the attitude in her voice was so awful that I was afraid to ask her to fix my sandwich so I just ate a rather bad sandwich. Wont come here again until she either quits or gets fired.

Tall black haired girl who works here clearly hates her job. She never speaks when you enter the store. She does not say hello, she does not say you’re welcome or anything. If there was other food options out here I would never come here again. If you hate your job find a new one. Greet customers when they come in and say you’re welcome when they say thank you have a good day. Learn to Smile. You’re alive. SMH

Driving back home from an afternoon at Parsons Mountain. Lots of choices on fresh bread, good sandwiches as they put plenty of veggies on each sub. Will take note and come back to this Subway when in area again.
