I don't remember our server name because my boyfriend and I only saw her twice. She did NOT ask if we wanted refills or anything. The food was good but the service wasn't.

Waitress and manager were horrible! Restrooms and booths were disgusting! Both food orders were wrong!!!

Worst service I think I've ever had. As a food service worker myself im so disappointed. There was two other tables besides us and not a waitress or host in sight. I watched one couple wait 20 mins to be seated not cuz they were busy but they were standing around. Not doing there job. My waitress had a great attitude but was not attentive. Not once was my drink refilled. My mom had to ask the bar for help becuz no one was on the floor serving people it was sad and id be embarrassed to work there.

What we ordered: 4 cheese Mac n Cheese and honeypepper chicken tenders.
To go order was over 30 minutes late.
There was no Cheese in the mac n Cheese.
The phone was literally off the hook.
This was a 3rd strike, never again. This place needs to be shut down.

I wanna start by saying our server was amazing! She handled everything 10x better than her manager…
First time at this location- I found a hair in my food (definitely was not mine) so I told her and just kindly asked for new mashed potatoes. She came back with my plate and a manager asking if I still wanted my steak I said yes on a new plate. Brought a new plate with the same exact potatoes on them including the hair. That is absolutely unacceptable.. I was mind blown as was my server. He never came to the table, never even offered a discount. At this point the server offered to take my meal off. I appreciate her doing her managers job for herself.

Placed an online order went to pick it up and wasn't ready. It wasn't busy there nor was it crowded probably 3 to 4 tables. Finally got my food order was incomplete. The manager there didn't help at all nor did he check on the guests. Then gave me old fries and said they were fresh

We were seated promptly, but never served. Sat in the bar area, three men came to the bar asking for easy drinks to be made. Bartender seemed rude and never made their drinks, they left and then we left after 15 minutes of no service. If you don’t want customers coming in an hour before close, then don’t seat no one!

Food was served cold after an extremely long wait. Manager offered a 10% discount and tried not to give it. Our bill was $145. We got $3 off the bill. Now we all know 10% of $145 is not $3. Our waiter was doing fine at first but stopped coming to the table. Overall, the worst experience I ever had at Applebee’s.
