Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just ordered curbside,and it was trash. NEVER AGAIN !!!

It was a good meal at a reasonable price

They kept staring at us from the bar

One girl told another girl to come seat us, but they never did. The bartender just kept staring at us

We finally seated our self
I went up and got us menus
I sent the kid back up to get crayons and menus for the kids

Then they came and made us move tables

They only keep the four tables near the bathroom open

So no matter how many people are in there it’s loud and miserable with everybody trying to talk over each other

And they do that every time
they never have enough sense to separate the tables or put a space between so you can have a nice relaxing meal. It’s always chaos in there.

It took an hour to get the food

The rude the rude bartender never did bring our second beer, but they sure enough put it on the bill for us to pay for it

So when we had cashed out, we had to sit and wait for the manager to come and take the extra beer off the tab

I ordered, honey pepper chicken
But it came out as something blackened chicken

It was almost delicious, but it was overcooked and dry more than most ppl would tolerate

We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip
It must’ve been old
They added water to it, and then they microwaved it
The center of it was steaming hot, but the outside edges are freezing cold

Overall, it was a miserable experience and it still cost us 120 bucks

Walked in and wait staff just stared at us for so long we seated ourselves. They came over and moved us.
It’s been an hour since we ordered. Still haven’t seen food. Drinks are empty. Wait staff is unfriendly.
Zero stars!!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else!!!

Years because of the terrible service. Got a wild hair up my ass last night to try it again. It will be the last. Still the same shitty service and food. The place was dead and still took forever to get anything. Whoever waited on us should get a new job cause serving isn’t her cup of tea. Took about 15 minutes to just get drinks once we sat down. If you asked for something it was either forgotten about or extremely delayed. I didn’t even leave a tip and I’m pretty big on tipping. Some words of advice if you’re gonna work for $2/hr and depend on patrons to pay your salary, you should not have the memory of a gold fish and put just a bit of pep in your step.

Not sure where to start for one the french fries was two days old for two. The ribs was approximately two days old. Service is terrible. Hospitality SUCKS! You guys brought my daughter mozzarella sticks an hour later & the food was COLD COLD & COLD!!!!!

Open the one up in Summerville next to a Zellia

Staff was friendly. The food was hot and delicious.

They were severely understaffed, so there was a long wait for the food to arrive.

The waitress made sure we were aware of what was happening as she took care of us and made drinks.

Great Mother's Day. All was a Special Memory...

I ordered the dessert with my to go order got this an menu showed this, and it was 8.00 😡 about 4.00 per cartainer or 4.00 per table spoon of ice cream an apples, , i will never go to apple bees again 😡😡😡

Experience was awesome. Food seating and staffing were on point and rememberable.

If 0 was an option I would chose that. My family and I sat at our table with empty drinks and no food for over a hour, when our food did come out it came out one plate every 30 minutes. So while we sat and enjoyed the non busy restaurant we observed severs who seemed to be allowing hand to hand transactions of drugs along with the servers take part in it as well. I use to like Applebees but this restaurant in Moncks Corner, SC has turned me away. Fast food restaurants have better costumer service.

Got in at 6:44, left at 7:05. Servers passed us multiple times and no one said anything to us. Didn't even get friggin drinks...

Applebee's Moncks Corner has been pretty good the last few times we've gone. I'll go back. The two for deals are actually good deals.
