Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced even though the restaurant was not busy. I ordered the chicken pasta and it was not edible. My son is halfway through his chicken sandwich and found something hard in the middle of the chicken breast and was only able to eat half of the sandwich.

first time going to this location, britanee was our server and was absolutely wonderful!! She was so attentive, everything came out quickly and correctly. We were a big party with multiple children and she was so patient and understanding! 10/10 recommend coming if britanee is there!

I had this bartender named Diamond and she was just magnificent, great spirit and great attitude. I felt very welcome with her tending bar.

Applebees staff including the managers is Great and the food is awesome and taste great. I would recommend going there just check it out if you in the area. The staff is patience with the customers too. Taco is great….. She is very patience with people and she is one of the managers. Thank you Applebees staff including the cooks too… I am always going in there to eat and having a drink. I believe I have almost everything on the menu because I like to eat…..

Worst experience ever! Wanted to enjoy a night out with family and ended the night with a terrible experience. Had to wait roughly 15 mins to be seated, which isn’t terrible but then it went down hill even more. Ordered our drinks and then took awhile to have our order taken. When our order was finally taken, the server argued with me about something that was on the menus. He said that the item I asked for wasn’t on the menu and finally let me order it when i showed him where it was listed on the menu. Then when our food did start to come out. Two entrees came out before the two appetizers we ordered. Seems backwards to me. The rest of our orders came out one by one and others were completely finished eating by the time the last person got their food. Even had to ask multiple times for our drinks to be refilled. Other tables left before they even were able to order because the server didnt get their food orders. One table didn’t even get their drink orders in because the server ”didn’t know they were his table”. Definitely won’t be going back.

If I could give ZERO.stars, I would!! I was here Saturday night 12/7 after the Christmas Parade. When we got there the hostess/manager told us it would be a few minutes. Cool, no problem. She even came back and kept us updated. Once we got to our seat, and got our orders placed after repeating it 2 times because the server seemed confused and even told one of the memebers in our group that her meal wasn't on the menu she had to show him, the first plate of food didn't come out until at least an hour later. The server never kept us informed, we only got updates when we asked about it, and then he kept telling us " it will be ready in about 3 minutes ". Twenty minutes later still no food. He kept blaming it on the restaurant being so packed, but they were really not all that busy. We didn't get to eat as a family because he brought out one plate and then 5-10 minutes later another plate until all the plates were served.. This was my first time here and definitely the last time, and it didn't help that it was FREEZING in there. My husband asked one.if the workers and he said for the ac wasn't on, but neither was the heat. We had to sit there with our.heavy jackets on and one waitress was working with hers on. I will say that the brown hair hostess/ manager worked her butt off! I know while we were waiting on our food we talked to her for a minute and she said she was already 12 minutes late getting out of there, yet she was STILL there when we left! That young lady deserves a raise!!! Two different tables canceled their orders and left because the service was so bad.
