Wild that the owner only responds to 4+ stars and never apologizes for the 1 star reviews 🤡🤡🤡The people that work are here are HIGHLY immature. Waited 20 minutes for my food in a parking spot, went inside to find my bag sitting on the counter & no one could explain why it wasn’t brought out. The kitchen staff said they told a cashier to bring it out, but she went on break instead. Came back another night to the SAME experience. This place sucks. The workers suck.

Ordered a chicken sandwich waited 45 minutes went inside to see what was going on for no one to acknowledge me. Every time I go here it's a mess. Half the time you don't even get all your order. Those employees are a joke.

Went for breakfast this morning and got two Bo berry biscuits and a Bo round. When I got to the window the lady handed me my box that had the Bo berry biscuit and Bo rounds just throw together in the same container. I then asked for a fork and she closed the window in my face and walked away stating they didn’t have any.
Pulled up to drive through at 4:56 was told we don't open I said you open at 5 right person said yes but you can't wait in the drive through and was told to move when you open in a couple minutes had a big order that I took over to Hardee's this place sucks and will never be back with rude people like this guess they need better management

The food was great, and the bathrooms needed attention, but it was a good stop for lunch break on the road trip. I feel that they need to access charging for condiments. I don't think we will be a custom in future for this reason.
