Went to get some breakfast and a sweet tea, the food was cold, the sweet tea tasted like it was brewed in the same pot as the coffee was! Dont come here in the morning they have no idea what they're doing

Always a wait when I come here. Even if there is only one person in the line. And the order is still wrong after the wait. They never have it together. Gonna end up like Popeyes.

The food is good, but the customer service was very disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee just stared at me and didn’t greet me or tell me my total. I had to ask what I owed. Staff could use better training on basic customer interaction.

Worst decision today for my Sunday meal!!! The dirty rice looked like gritty and the green beans(2 orders) were significantly different in portion. The 'MANAGER ' is difficult to speak to(ALWAYS DISAGREEING WITH WHAT YOU'RE SHOWING HER AND SHE ARGUES)!!! I got a quick refund, took my business across the street to KFC..FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL!!!

Worse service I ever got at a Bojangles.
I was told at the drive thru to pull up to the door and my food will be out in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes. No food, Went in, food not ready, waited several minutes, got food it was boxed wrong, didn't get dessert ordered, had to wait for it to be prepared.
No apologies, 5 employees and a dozen people parked outside waiting for food and no one attempting to take out any orders. Everyone was having to come in and get their food. Some was bringing it back due to not being what they ordered.
I even said, we should be given complimentary tea for having to wait so long and having to come in to get our orders. The woman serving me looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and shook her head like NO!
It's pathetic people get paid to give such terrible service. The was over cooked, the dirty rice taste like it was made several hours earlier and that caramel apple dessert is nasty and a rip off for $1.99 for a half biscuit with a couple tablespoons of apple pie filling and caramel sauce.
That restaurant needs help and better management!!!
