I placed an online mobile order to pickup from the store. Upon arriving, I was told that all of their chicken was rotten and slimy so they threw it all away and had no chicken left on site. I asked for a refund and the manager refused to cancel the order or provide me with a refund. I was told to cancel the order through the app, however there is no way to do so. This is not only an issue of not receiving a refund, but also brings into question their food handling procedures. How long did they keep old chicken to allow it to become rotten, and how many people did they serve it to before throwing it away?

Every time I order from here whether it’s DoorDash or the actual drive thru, my order isn’t right. Tonight was no different.

Everytime I come here, there's an issue and last night was no exception but it will be the last time. Placed an order around 7:30-ish to be told they were out of all sides except dirty rice, mac n cheese and green beans, so I ordered 2 sides of mac n cheese and green beans. Get home (which is 3 min away) to find they gave us 2 orders of dirty rice and 1 order of mac n cheese. By the time my husband got there (abt 4 min later), they were out of everything except dirty rice, so they gave us another container of that and a tub of coleslaw that expired at 5:09pm according to the prep sticker on it. So they messed up our order which they couldn't (or wouldn't) fix and gave us expired food. Lovely. How are you completely out of ALL side orders (including fries, which they had no intention of making any more) at 7:30pm when you're open until 10pm? Avoid this location.

Second time this month that I do the line and after ordering at the silly automatic speaker, I get to the window to be told "sorry ower system os down i can not charge any orders at the moment. Last month they did something similar they said "i only have chicker fingers/tenders". Every time it has been between 9:20-9:35 pm. They just decide to close early and give excuses to not fry more chicken. I did not realized they had such bad reviews and the disgusting and dangerous situation with the band-aid until i came to write this. Never eating here again. Stay away.

I gotta say....the ladies working there impressed me tonight. I went through the drive thru and they were low on chicken (almost closing time). The girl on the window and the one cooking did all they could to make sure I was happy! Management if your reading this.... try to keep these ladies. They were on closing shift, 8/20/24. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

This was 3 strikes your out visit for my family! Ordered online before we left our home arrive to pick up order only to find out they were out of chicken! Wow! Our phone # was on the order they could have called. I wont go though the previous strikes bc its just not worth the typing energy. DO BETTER!
