Friday 12.13.24. We arrived just before 10 pm. Parking lot was completely dark. Interior lights were on, and 2 men inside clearly waiting on food. One truck placing order at Drive thru. We pulled in behind it. Took over 10 minutes before we heard driver talking to order taker. After another 10 minutes of intermittent exchanges between them, with only 3 items showing in his order by that point, and he was still trying to give his order! We decided to leave at that point. ZERO stars.

Sitting at the drive thru at 9:57 PM (open till midnight) to pickup an order I placed and paid for online, and the store is closed. The people inside were there, but refused to acknowledge me.

This is the worst Burger King on the planet. The building is dirty and old. The parking lot lights are out. The staff are not friendly and act like they are doing you a favor. The staff are frequently on their phones and ignore you. The staff smell like pot. The staff curse and act loud and disrespectful. The food is always cold unless you ask for it to be fresh while you are standing there. The orders are frequently wrong. When I pick up for Doordash they take forever. The food is always cold when I get it so it's cold for the people I deliver it to. I am currently sitting in the drive thru Sun 11/24 with their hours being open til 12midnight. There are people inside. They ignored me at the drive-thru so I pulled up to the window. They are ignoring me here. They are walking around inside cleaning and even though I have knocked on both doors and the drive-thru window they have ignored me. I am so tired of this location. You need a new manager to come in and clean the house out. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been here for over 30 minutes. It's now 10 minutes til midnight and still - no order and no acknowledgement. I am reporting your store to Doordash and I am encouraging everyone to never ever eat here. Ever. Update: I reported them to Doordash and they canceled the order. While they were canceling, I took a picture of two employees leaving out the front side (opposite of the drive-thru) while I was still sitting there. Absolutely ridiculous! Doordash is reporting it to their management team. I have blocked Burger King from being a pick up for me ever again.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant ever! No one that has key's to open up at the time listed leaving employees just standing around waiting.

This is my 3rd time coming to this restaurant. First time, the young lady at the counter said “just a warning we have no fries, onion rings, burgers etc” anything that was frozen/refridgerated. The second time we came at at 4pm on a Saturday and opened the door and the woman behind the counter shouted “WE JUST CLOSED”. The first time I was able to get food. Lamar, the only young man running the counter and drive through was very friendly, but obviously new, a woman had to come out of the back to help him adjust orders. The French fries are awful, they have a very cardboard like texture.
My main complaint is the condition of this restaurant. It’s obvious that they are understaffed as there was one gentleman cooking and one running counter/window. So it’s not the cleanest. But the floors in the kitchen are cracked and broken, the roof is leaking all over. Huge puddle in front of the drive up window and not a dry spot in the dining area and leaks in front of the counter. The owner should be ashamed.

Absolutely awful! There is nothing in this restaurant that takes 32 minutes to cook. No reason for people to be stuck in a drive thru that long. If you can't have better service shut down!

Dirty!Dirty! Food took forever most of it was cold. Couldn't even use the restrooms they were so dirty. Dining room floor was so sticky your feet stuck.

Lmao. Says open til 12AM. Here I am at the drive thru at 10:45pm. I see a car in the parking lot and a girl at the counter and the lights off just to get a rude voice at the speaker telling me “we closed.” Why is this place even still open in general?
