My family and I ate here on Sunday when traveling through to a church service, and I must say the food did not disappoint! This was my first time eating Jamaican food and I’ll say, it won’t be my last. I will most definitely be traveling back through Moncks Corner to dine with them again. It’s about a 1.5 hour drive from my home, but I will be back! Also, the young lady that was our server was very sweet.
Had the ox tail and jerk chicken, for sides, rice and beans, cabbage and plantains. Everything was delicious, especially ox tail, falling off the bone. Good place to eat, wasn't too busy, and food came fairly quick. A little hard to find the location, would definitely go there again.
My husband, my infant & i came by on a Sunday afternoon & there was no other guests in the restaurant. the hostess/waitress was very dry, never greeted us or said have a nice day..& although the food was good (as usual) the customer service was awful! I mean we never even got a glass of water!
