Chick-fil-A Moncks Corner

Went to pickup to go order with two large drinks an food by myself my truck only has two cupholders that will take a large cup and I was using one. Was told I can not have a cup carrier for two drinks. Canceled order and left.

I went to the Chick fil A in Moncks Corner for lunch. I ordered a nugget meal and a salad for later. When I went to eat it for dinner, the lettuce was brown. I called the store and told them about. They told me to come by and I can get another one. I drove to the store and went inside. I waited a while before I was acknowledged. There was a girl not doing anything and playing with her hair. I waited til she noticed me bc I didn't want to be perceived as rude. When she asked me if I needed help, I explained the situation. She looked at me like I was the crazy one. The she took it to her superior and they said they would make another one. Cool. I get to the car and look at the salad. The lettuce is a little less brown but still brown. I told myself to not get upset but the more I look at this salad, the more I get upset. I go to Chick fil A bc it's fast and they usually have good customer service. I was not impressed with the customer service nor the quality of the food. And this store is not even that busy. The Summerville store handles much more volume and they get it right on the first try. Save yourself the time and just pass this store. Go to ANY of the other ones. The one on rivers is the best one. Their fries are always salted and the tea is sweet everytime!

We will never go back to this location. My husband went through the drive through. My sandwich, if you can call it that, was a mess. It looked like someone had eaten half of it. I was not eating that, I threw it in the trash. You can't call them either. They don't answer the phone. You can't even leave them a message. I was not driving 25 miles back to Moncks Corner that night to take it back. I would have if we didn't live so far. So needless to say we will never go back there.

please change your online doordash delivery times for lunch starting at 10:30am and not 10:00am. Every time they said they have to wait till 10:30 but doordash says 10:00.

Every time I come here any more there's a bunch of teenagers standing around talking they look at you and walk on buy sit in here 5 minutes the other day wasn't busy before any one ask me I needed something used to be great service not anymore

CSR at drive through was very cheerful respectful and polite. Repeated order back and was correct. Asked if we wanted condiments and we told her what we would like. Upon driving to window to pick up order there were several orders waiting to be picked up and CSR at window looked confused. Name was asked for order. Order received without condiments, had to ask for ketchup, mayonnaise and chick fil a sauce and spoon. Looked in there were no napkins had to walk in and request napkins.
