Chick-fil-A Moncks Corner

This Chick-fil-A has to be one of the best I've ever eaten at. The employees are the friendliest. Every fast food joint in the town that I'm from could learn from this restaurant & its employees!
The food was so delicious. Fresh and hot.
The fact that they have two drive-thru lines and they were completely wrapped around the building tells you how good this place is!! If and when I'm back in Moncks Corner, I will return.

Hard to figure out where to start the drive through- I circled the building twice. And it was the longest, slowest line I’ve ever seen at chick fil a. It took about 20 mins and they weren’t as friendly as the chick fil a experience I’m used to. Maybe it was just an off day.

Food wasn't good as usual the bread was off and not fresh, grilled chicken was burned from the grill, milk shake was bad that next day was Thanksgiving and I had bad day going back and forth to the bathroom

Went to the Moncks Corner location today for lunch. Imagine heading to a restaurant with expectations. Well none were met. Went through the drive thru and it was pretty slow but that is the lunch crowd. They should have had more people taking orders. Next the Honey Pimento Sandwich was no longer available but nothing they could control. Order the Spicy Sandwich meal with sweet tea. I ordered the large. Usually don’t order large because not a waffle fry fan but got Polynesian for dipping. Received my order and drove off. Excited I took a sip of my sweet tea…. they gave me unsweetened. Terrible. The I reached in for the fries….. no salt. Luckily the sandwich was good. Also the lady handing the food out, not to friendly. Not Chick-Fil-A standards. May not go back.

They are on point, they do handle DoorDash well and the the lobby girl with the glasses is nice! Drive thru is hit or miss!

A small portion of my order was missing. My food ended up being cold due to the back and forth between calling and returning to the franchise. What was promised to me on the phone was not fulfilled when I returned. This is the second time I've experienced an incomplete order from this franchise. Costly food with poor customer service. I will just make my own chicken sandwiches and fries; it's cheaper and it tastes better !!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. 10/10times they WILL forget at least one item. Usually Multiple. Great food, poorly executed
