Alan was so great! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was delicious!

Worst chic fa la I’ve ever been too. The fries are never cooked properly. My order is NEVER made correctly. Told the guy how important it was to not put pickles on my sandwich; he put them on there anyway. Asked for regular chicken sandwich; I received a spicy sandwich. I will not be returning. Enough is enough!

Hot delicious food, served to your table. Way to do great customer service, Chick-fil-A. Stay true to your standards. We miss your food on Sunday, but God's word is not to be waylaid. Stand up for your beliefs in these days of turmoil. May God bless🙌

I LOVE chickfila, i get it all the time and will continue doing so at all the other locations but this location sucks now. My order is wrong almost every time i try to eat here, and its especially aggravating in the drive thru. I instinctively trust chickfila to get it right and i literally always forget to check my bag at this location because im so used to the amazing accuracy of the goose creek location. I get home and the food is always wrong, im tired of paying for it

Serving old kale salad !! Went for side of kale and 5 ct nuggets and I open my kale it was old , soggy , with a smell . I ask for a new one , they gave me one same result old smelly soggy. Seems like this chic fi la just can’t get right , never returning to this location .

I've been to a restaurant that had less service!

Kelly. H and Marcella were amazing and definitely deserves some serious recognition for her service as well as everyone else. The food was hot, fresh and very fast.

This location in Monks Corner has to be the best I have been too. Staff outside and inside greeted us as we walked in. The server was magnificent from beginning to end, I hate I didn't catch her name.

Most all Chick-fil-A restaurants are top notch. The Moncks Corner store stays very busy due to their excellent service.

Bring back the mobile order line!!!!!!

In comparison to every other CFA in Charleston, this one is the worst. Long lines, 1 lane, no mobile order black line. For the time you wait, you are better off going to Slim Chicken's down the road.

Went there the other day and told my order to the young lady four times and she still got it wrong.

They have a frosted coffee that is so yummy- you can add chocolate or caramel to it! I love their breakfast bacon egg and cheese with frosted coffee. And the service is alway with a smile! So polite and they genuinely seem like they want to be there.

I wish they would Bring back mobile order only LINE even though nobody paid attention to it. It’s very frustrating to put in a mobile order and I have to sit behind the line of cars.
