This store needs a manager. They stand around or are so slow you want to just walk away. The drive through is NEVER open and when you go in they look at you like why are you here. Needs a new manager
First time going to a Church’s. Food is nothing to rave about. KFC or chick fil A is way better. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Chicken is barely crispy. They also charge for water- and by that I mean they charge for the same price as a pop. No condiments or napkins are out either. Everything is behind the counter.

The service was extremely slow even though the store was not busy, so much so that the only other customer in the store with me did not get their food because they were going to be late for work. The food was cold when given and they made zero effort to correct it. The gravy was essentially brown water with no flavor. I am beyond disappointed and will never go here again

The employees look like they were smoking on something. The service is slow. I ordered online and it took nearly an hour just for my food to be even prepared. The place is dirty. Nobody wearing gloves.

I haven't had Church's in a while, but today I was very please with great customer service by Brandon and Malachi. Everything that we order was fresh. First time for everything, but awesome job goes to the both of them. In addition, I love the service with a smile.

I haven't had Church's in years because of the condition of the inside of their restaurants. I went to this one because I was told they were a cleaner Church's. The oven was broken. So, no rice, biscuits or Mac & chz. I got a combo & ONLY got the chicken. So, I guess they didn't have mashed potatoes or fries, either. The young guy behind the counter acted like I was disturbing him, no smile, no greeting, no thank you, etc. Just a look when it was my turn to order. The best part of this whole experience was the smoked chicken!
