Rudest most disrespectful staff
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called Cinco De Mayo to place a phone order and the person who answered was incredibly rude and clearly struggled to understand or communicate in English. He repeatedly gave me the wrong total and showed no patience or effort to get it right. I requested to speak to someone else and he hung up.I called back again and asked to speak to a manager he hung up on me yet again. This was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Usually a great place to go eat. The food is excellent and the staff if very professional.
To-Go orders, not so much. Tonight makes the 3rd time in a row that our order is wrong when we get it home. Very frustrating and disappointing!🤬
