This evening I attended to pick up a take out order from the Foxbank location that we mistakenly called into the other location several miles from us.
When I was informed that I made the order at the other location I apologized for my mistake and then was told rudely by the waiter at the coy that I had to go there and he would do nothing to help me re order the food at Foxbank.
I let him know that I didn’t even know where the other location was and he refused to give me the location.
He simply dismissed me and saying it was my problem and not his and I should leave.
I asked for his manager and his name and was told that”you don’t need to have that information and I should just leave.
I have been to this restaurant several times over the past 2 years and for this reason I will never come back to this location ever again.

I did however speak to the other location and apologized for my mistake and was given their apology as well the young lady there spoke to her manager and let me know that she could call Foxbank’s chef to have my order remade since I was already there.
No thanks but I appreciated her help and instead drove across the road to
Anejo Tequila and Tacos at the Marketplace and ordered the same meal and was served bed with respect.
Servers at your restaurant need to be trained in customer service because this is not the time to alienate customers

Refused to make an order right after showing the waiter the menu stating cheese was in the entree but after opening there was none. Explained to the waiter just bring me the cheese to add to the entree. Refused and tried to argue the point when it was obvious there was none there. After the encounter with the pathetic waiter it is the last trip to Cinco de Mayo at either Moncks Corner locations. Diner's beware....

Usually a great place to go eat. The food is excellent and the staff if very professional. To-Go orders, not so much. Tonight makes the 3rd time in a row that our order is wrong when we get it home. Very frustrating and disappointing!🤬

Paco is the best. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He was beyond attentive and prompt to all of our needs. Will return based on our experience with Paco!

We have been customers since the day they opened. Food isn’t the best but basic Mexican food. Today when I ordered the same thing we always get shrimp quesadilla with the shrimp on the side. I was told they could not do that but could not explain why. I explained we have ordered this meal probably 50 or more times in the last 3 years and never had an issue. Not that it means much but we will not be back, apparently you can not substitute or have special request for anything on their menu. Beware before making the trip to this location you will be highly disappointed I recommend driving across the street to ANEJO TACOS & TEQUILA they have no problem with special request or substitutions.

Pricier than some of their competitors, and they charge a credit card fee. However, I've not yet had a bad experience at this restaurant. We go often!

We have visited this location a few times and they never disappoint. Our last visit was on a Sunday evening. We were seated immediately and it took no time for our waiter Julio to come over. He was very friendly and attentive the entire time we were there. The food was hot and tasted delicious. This restaurant is definitely an asset to our community.

I've been here twice now and both times the food was OK and the service was horrible. The servers forgot about us both times. The first time we were outside and only one other family was there. The second and most recent time, we were a large party and there were a couple of tables. People that even came after us got their food before us and my husband had to ask for a shot at least 4 times before getting it in a plastic shooter (vs another table that got actual glasses)!

Amazing date night spot. My fiancée and I shared the quesabirras, and the cinco de mayo margarita with fresh pressed orange juice, lime and dobel tequila. Marco was our bartender / server and he was fantastic!! We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend!
