Domino's Pizza

Otto(Auto) the young man at the Ashley River Rd store in Charleston, is so friendly, customer service is amazing. All of the gentlemen that work there are very nice. They definitely take care of us every time we come.
Food is 90% of the time amazing. Not that big a fan of your bacon every time but most days is good. Pizza always Good. What most stands out is youŕ NIGHT SHIFT CREW!!¡!!!!!!!!Z

I ordered cinnamon bites 32 and was sitting there watching as they came out oven the gentleman accidentally dropped a few and mentioned to what I believe was supervisor, had she said something was no big deal but what does she do take a pair of scissors and proceeded to cut the larger pieces to make the total with me sitting there watching acting like nothing happen wow

Ordered on the app and the delivery driver was 10 mins out, but since she was gone too long from the store, they called to let me know they’re canceling the order unless I can come pick it up. From other reviews it seems this store is just incompetent at delivering and communicating to customers.

This store is 1.6 miles from my house, a 5 minute drive. They refuse to deliver to my neighborhood and the two times I've picked up pizza here, they were whack. As someone who's worked in pizza restaurants before, it really is not hard to read the tickets. 😴 C'mon yall!

Consistently always forget to add the sauce. And if you call ahead to ask that they don't forget this time, they will spitefully cover your pizza in an ocean of sauce. Terrible.

I ordered two large pizzas on 1/8/25 around 9:15pm. My order was done in 25 mins. The employee greeted me as I walked in. She handed me my pizza with a minute or so of walking In the door. Great service. Pizza looked great!

I am only giving 1 star (for service)because I have to post this review! Service sucked!!. I ordered online..went in to pick up, barely acknowledged. I waited until she was done placing pizzas in the oven. Wasn't even thanked for my patience! NEVER AGAIN!!

Really good pizzas and a good price. However, I was very disappointed in the bacon jalapeño cheesy bread. The bacon was gross and not cooked at all. I also noticed they don't use gloves at all, so that's a little disappointing.

Ordered a NYS pizza , as advised, and to my shock when I opened the box I find the worst extreme of what you portray. It looked like day old thin crust pizza, it ended in the garbage.
I won't be back.
Shame on you for tarnishing a BRAND.
