So, I ordered via the app and it connects me to this location. I called just to double confirm that they DO deliver to my address. The phone girl even asked her coworkers to make sure as well, and they TOLD me yes. They bake it, the app notifies me that "Maxwell has entered your neighborhood" however....no one came and we get a phone call (I guess from maxwell) saying they don't deliver to our address. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Get it together.

SUCK! THEIR DRIVER PAUL HAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME MORE THAN TWICE.HE WAS MY DELIVERY GUY TONIGHT AS WELL HE PASSES MY ROAD WHERE HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNING ON AND IM SURE THE GPS TOLD HIM THE CORRECT DIRECTION BUT SOMEHOW HES IN ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD THAT WAS NO WHERE NEAR MINE. I CALLED 4TIMES NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IT SAYS THIS IS NOT USUALLY THEIR BUSY HOURS SO WHY WAS NO ONE ANSWERING THE GOT DAMN PHONE. HE FINALLY ARRIVES TO MY HOUSE AND FLASHES HIS LIGHTS FOR ME TO OPEN MY DOOR DIDNT EVEN GET OUT AND RING MY DOORBELL.. DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HE DEFINITELY LEFT UNTIPPED...LIKE THERES NO REASON WHY THE GPS WOULD TAKE HIM ANY WHERE ELSE BECAUSE AGAIN PAUL JUST DELIVERED PIZZA TO MY HOUSE LAST WEEK AND TIMES BEFORE THAT.....MAKING EXTRA STOPS WHILE MAKING A DELIVERY LIKE WE CANT SEE ON THE MAP WHERE HE WAS GOING!!!!!! Ordered pizza for delivery, received pizza covered in Black Olives which were specifically to not be on the pizza.
Upon calling was told by employee that the Manager Brittney required us to bring back the pizza rather than sending out a replacement and correcting their mistake. Continuously condescending and quite rude attitude from both the employee and Brittany who could be heard I. The background.

The dishes are tasty, but I really didn't like the fact that the worker does not wear gloves, there were no gloves when cooking pizza, that worker moved the boxes, pressed the keys and then calmly continued cooking, this is a violation of hygiene standards.
