Everytime my girl orders cold foam on her coffee they never give it to her. If you like cold foam don't expect to get it from here

Begging corporate to fire the manager at this location. I have no experience and can do a better job. I understand running out of things once in a while; but they are always out of donuts, syrup, bacon, or whatever else.

They fire the good staff here, then keep the staff that is rude and/or not professional.

Do better.

I’ve only been through the drive-thru three different times and my very simple order was wrong each time. I understand, its not a big deal but Ive always polite and patient while waiting for it to be fixed.

Today, I went inside to get my correct order and after waiting calmly for maybe 1 minute, I made eye contact with a worker in the back who responded by saying, “Is there something wrong with you?” with a clear attitude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Between the constant order errors and the disrespectful customer service, Its just embarressing. Stick to Essentials.

Everything about Dunkin Donuts was a very awesome experience and the cashier was very friendly and helpful and she smile while serving me and I highly recommend this location in Moncks Corner thanks again I’m looking forward to coming back again very soon

I walked in and nobody greeted me, looked up or even acknowledged my presence. I've never been inside this location so I didn't immediately realize I had to order on the kiosk. I ordered, the guy made my drink, and sat it on the counter. Again silence as he just walked away. It was just really awkward. I wasn't the only one on there so there could've been some confusion with drinks/orders. Luckily my drink tastes fine. I likely won't return as I'm big on kindness. A simple hi, headnod or smile goes a long way. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

There are quite a few Dunkin’ locations popping up around the area, but this one is by far my favorite. Despite some of the mixed reviews, I’ve never had a bad coffee here! The staff in the drive-thru are always friendly, and my order is consistently right. I actually look forward to stopping by whenever I’m in the area.

This Dunkin was the worst decision EVER. They NEVER could get an order right. Some how they can’t make frozen drinks but other Dunkin’s can. The drinks are always disgusting. The food is nasty. I hate it here! Oh the manager always got an attitude. Never again I will never spend my money at this location again. Take it down and put a Starbucks! They have me a cup of cream and water and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

I understand it’s a morning shift, no one likes working early but, the fact that THE MANAGER didn’t pay attention, sung, got attitude, and cut us off when we’re trying to order through the drive thru is insane! I went in instead to order, but was met with attitude again, like they just didn’t want to be there. The cashier worker talked low and quiet so it was difficult to hear him. So when I said the name of the sandwich, he put in a whole completely different sandwich. When I told them the correct one still some attitude. Again I understand it’s the morning but, come on now.

Horrible service/rude employees. I went through the drive thru this morning to pick up a to go order for someone else at work and was told they were out of the pumpkin spice lattes on the order. Because there were 2 of them and they weren’t mine I asked if I could call and ask what they want instead- everyone’s coffee taste is different. The girl replied with a huff and said okay. I called and they said they just wanted a refund so I asked the boy at the window for that and he called for a manager. The manager (I presume) cut him off and said I was supposed to be choosing drinks at the window and then looked at me and said “what drinks do you want” in a very rude tone. I said I just wanted a refund and she rolled her eyes and said she needed the card used for the purchase to which I told her I didn’t have it because it was someone else’s mobile order and she said she could give me a gift card, I agreed. She then huffed and puffed over it and couldn’t get the gift card to work so she called her manager over who was more rude than she was, and she loudly told her that they needed to tell me to come inside because I was holding up her drive through with this. Their problem, and their lack of ordering skills for the demand, mind you. The first girl ended up looking at me and said “Can you just come inside? You’re holding up the line”. I had 2 kids in the car and they were already inconveniencing me and being rude so I said no. They magically got the gift card to work and instead of handing it to me, or a sorry, she handed it to the boy and had him give it to me. Will not be back. Very, very unprofessional and rude.

Every time I go there to order the smack bacon the bacon is plain and it’s very cold. Something that they already made early in the morning for the sandwiches the snack bacon It’s totally something different from what you’re putting on the sandwich and also the tea taste sour like it’s been sitting there for days Customer service. It’s horrible.

In general, I enjoy going to Dunkin Donuts. The Moncks Corner location however is a bit of a hot mess w/ noticeable systemic issues. I'd avoid this location and go to Essentials Coffee instead.
