Came in 4 minutes until close, I know how it feels I’ve worked in restaurant atmosphere’s before. However the staff working this evening didn’t mind at all. Great service and even had a couple laughs with them about coming in so late. Firehouse is always going to be my favorite sub place EVER.

I thoroughly enjoy getting my lunch from here occasionally. My new favorite is the Hero sub. I like the fact that my order was in the process of being completed when I arrived to pick it up. The employees were nice and I appreciate being greeted. Top notch service!

Went to the Moncks Corner location, near Walmart. The order taker was spot-on! Friendly and good at her job. The sandwich maker, not even close! My husband wanted the New York Steamer, no sauces, I.e., mayo or mustard that come on it, only meat and cheese. While placing the order, the order taker repeated it and even had me verify it was correct on the screen. It was correct! The sandwich maker put what appeared to be mayo on one side of the sandwich but then attempted to remove it. The other side appeared to have Italian dressing on it?! At any rate, these sandwiches aren’t cheap. One would suppose if you have a special order, you may pay closer attention, especially if someone asks for NO MAYO! What if my husband is allergic to eggs? Eggs are in mayo, so to just try to “wipe off” the mayo is unacceptable! Get a new bun or start over if you make a mistake! I ordered 4 sandwiches and two had special requests. They got one out of two correct, not a good average!

Subs are always delicious. Sometimes the staff can seem a little short fused but I understand the pressures of working with the public so I guess they get a pass.

Love this place . A friend recommended firehouse and I was skeptical at first …. But it was delicious even the customer service ! Had a minor miscommunication on my order but amber was sure to make it right with the best service . Matt & Devonte made my order fresh and with a smile I’ll definitely be back thank you - Nicole
