Love this place . A friend recommended firehouse and I was skeptical at first …. But it was delicious even the customer service ! Went in for name of the day. 50% off sub with any purchase and they said we had to buy a sub to get one 50% off. This is not the promotion and I showed them the promotion. They would not honor their own promotion.
We left and went to another restaurant. They were also rude! Their phone number listed is not even a working number. This is no way to do business.
I ordered through Uber app and the order wasn't right. Didn't taste too good.

$21 for one large combo. The order said it would be ready by 6:30pm. It was ready at 6:40pm and I placed it at 6:14pm. I asked for extra toasted and it was soggy with hardly any flavor.
