Bacon was very under cook on my sandwich, the seasoning wasn't added like I asked for.manager offered me a free cookie next visit 😒 didn't offer to remake my sandwich won't be back second time here and my sandwich wasn't good

When i came in tonight, there were only two employees behind the counter and it was busy. They were able to help me order in a timely manner and was able to make the order and give it to us.

THEY GAVE ME AN EMPTY SANDWICH! I spend $50 dollars in subs for my family and instead of a meatball sub I got a box with bread. There is no way you accidentally put NOTHING in the sandwich! Crazy part is it's happened twice. Forgetting or messing up an order is upsetting but it happens, but just bread is INSANE. You did that on purpose which sucks cause the family loved that place and after 12hr shift I thought order instead of drive and pick up. Wrong choice!

Here is the reason why I'm giving firehouse subs a 1 star review I was Recently hired there and only worked 2 days.They told me they are talking about laying me off.Because apparently I am not serious enough for their business.And and they have a problem with me going to the bathroom more then once a day Like they seriously expect me to learn everything they do within 2 days of work in there. I started to understand why my ex. Girlfriend stop working there because of anxiety.
The employees are awesome to talk to, but apparently they have their standards set way too high. They need to bring that back down to reality and get themselves in check.Do not recommend working here if you're not serious enough for their business

Ordered a cold roast beef sub, I was asked 3 times if I wanted BBQ sauce? They cooked the beef and turns out they gave me brisket, not what I wanted. It was horrible. No one listened to anything I said. Asked for no mustard and got nothing! No lettuce, tomato, onion. Worst firehouse sub employees ever.

First time @ the Moncks Corner location and I did not enjoy my sandwich. It was to salty and for over $4, I could've done a better job at home which is what I usually do (out of the norm to be eating out). Disappointed!

I normally don't write reviews but my experience at this location with the food was absolutely awful. The price you pay vs the food you get and the quality doesn't mesh together. I ordered the Briskett Cheddar in a large and the meat was very dry and there was hardly any meat. The cheddar was hardly melted and no to very little mayo was added. It states BBQ sauce is included and there was a tiny strip. The bread was hard.

Took about 20 minutes to make my sub when it wasn't busy, and they cut the center of the top but not the bottom of my sub, which made a mess. The food was good, though.
