I had sent a message on Instagram about the menu being tree nut allergy friendly and no response. Ok no big deal.

We called today to ask. The person on the phone (worker 1) was not knowledgeable about tree nuts and asked another worker (worker 2). The phone was not on mute and I heard the entire conversation.

We ordered a four cheese pizza without Gorgonzola. I heard worker 2 say Gorgonzola is a cheese not a nut.

— I know this, we just don’t like Gorgonzola cheese.

Worker one reports back, Gorgonzola is a cheese, not a nut.

I say, yes — our daughter has a sever tree nut allergy so any products that are used ie wheat could be processed in a facility with tree nuts so I’m checking to be sure the food is safe as well as cross contamination.

(Pesto is on the menu which is always a red flag for me as some contain tree nuts.)

Anyways, I don’t feel comfortable after hearing the conversation feeding our daughter pizza there who has a tree nut allergy.

Pizza is brought home. $17 for this. There’s nothing to it. Was hoping this would be a great take out for us but we will stick with Laura’s who are very knowledgeable about food allergies and accommodating plus delicious!

Stars are given provided lack of knowledge pertaining to the menu/ food allergies and quality of pizza.

Suggestions: educate the team on the most common food allergies and how to accommodate families so they are safe. Create a separate list or items for reference. Have an internal button in the system with all major allergens to prevent cross contamination. Speak with a manager anytime a food allergy question occurs or make that a protocol.

We absolutely love every dish we’ve ordered but our absolute favs are Ricotta dip and the Cup and char pizza. They’re our go to on game days too.

We checked out the restaurant after a long day at the pumpkin patch. The place is very cute, bright and clean. The waitress was very attentive, kind and patient. The first pizza we ordered was a cheese pizza but we expected sauce...there was no sauce, therefore it tasted like a cheesy bread. So we tried the margarita pizza, which is the only one with sauce, we were informed by the waitress. It was good, wasn't great. Would recommend to others, just wasn't the best fit for us.

This place is cool great food I had the Philly cheese steak eggroll and the totchos the waitress was even kind enough after I told her I don’t like cilantro and pico she came back and said there was cilantro in the avocado salsa and that was very nice of her

Amazing food! Amazing portion of food especially the kids pizza!! The taste of everything we ate was over and beyond. The hospitality was super nice, Ms. Jessica was amazing. We even got a chance to chat with the owner and he was nice as well!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Harley is amazing. Super sweet girl. Took accountability & saved the meal. Food was amazing as always.

I won a free pizza from Fireside on FB. To them, it was probably a budgeted marketing cost. But to my family it was a blessing. We’re all sick and this free pizza was such a relief to us. Plus, it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was perfect, cheese tasted REAL and the pepperoni was amazing. Best pizza I’ve had out of Moncks Corner in a long time! Absolutely recommend this place! And I can’t wait to get well and be able to come in and try more menu items!

Must go. It’s excellent. Staff is great! Pickle baller pizza is great.

We are new to the area and tried this restaurant for the first time!!! It was so good! I highly recommend!! The food was delicious. Our server Taylor was the sweetest and had amazing recommendations to try on the menu! I do not like ricotta cheese however their whipped ricotta that they have as an appetizer was absolutely delicious. It was sweet, so I personally would recommend it for dessert. My husband and I got two separate things to try. He got the pizza with hot honey and pepperoni, and I had the salmon bowl. The pizza came out quickly and was so good. Salmon bowl came out, not only didn’t look beautiful. The taste was definitely amazing. We will definitely be back And will request Taylor to be our server.

Person who took my to go order was having a tough time. Pizza was good but slightly burnt. I’d give it a second try!

Tried them for the first time last night. Ordered four of the small plates and every single one of them was delicious. Prices were reasonable and our service was excellent. The storefront they are in has been completely renovated and looks nothing like it did inside before. We will definitely be going back to try some of the pasta dishes. On a side note: When you are leaving this shopping center, do yourself a favor and just take a right and turn around as needed. Not a good place to pull out and go North on 52.

Had cheesesteak egg roll app, wedge salad and short rib pizza. Wow!!! A very family friendly atmosphere and clean! Everything was delicious!!!! Had a glass of the pinot noir. Whoever put the wine list together did a great job! All really good wines. Prices very reasonable. What else can you want? Will be back! And waitstaff was wonderful!!!
