Place place clean, service was good. The double cheeseburgers were awful, tiny overcooked patties, cold unmelted cheese, and dry buns

Pulled into this place tonight through the drive through because of traffic and a hard day's work. I asked for a #1 all the way medium and cocoa cola. I asked for extra pickles. The fries were fresh and I ate them and seasoned well. The burger was not all the way and no extra pickles and the burger was cold the cheese didn't even melt to the meat. I really thought this was going to be great because they had Santa Claus there with Jeep night Thursday. This really upset me and a inconvenience too considering I choose Hardee's over any burger place. Get these kids out of these places. These kids have gotten were they do not care what or who they are serving. They are the reason why these hometown fast food restaurants have gone down hill so much. Where was the Manager and if the Manager was present why did she allow this to happen?? I have pictures and the receipt.
Apparently, there's something wrong with the phone number because every time I try to call. I get a server error.

Believe it or not, the food is what youd expect fresh temperature correct and the tea is fresh brewed too. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is quite chill and easy
