There were no napkins or so they said at the drive thru...they were very rude at the drive thru and had to ask for straws for my drinks before I left. Rude People working today, should have gotten their names.Parking: No...all I can say is the only bad thing is there are a few rude people.
This is ridiculous. I ask for a cup of ice and she was going to charge me $2.49?!?!?! Are you serious? $2.49 for a glass of water?!?! This was AFTER I had already paid $35 for our food. My mom got French toast Stix and they were so hard she couldn't eat them. I am so disappointed with this trip. I am seriously blown away and will not come back here.

After standing in line for over 20 my client was advised that they didn't have what was ordered .This is something that should have been Acknowledged at the time of order.In that particular industry you have to be mindful of the people you serve either elderly or sometimes a disability. Either way standing Long for a order should not be a part of their day . Especially if the order can't be placed.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #2 (double) & a kids meal cheeseburger. Our fries were slightly warm, the kids meal has no cheese & the double was a single. We went back through drive thru (after traveling for hours already) & we handed food back through the window and a cold slice of cheese was slapped on it and I was given another cheeseburger on top of my burger. There was no receipt given so my husband ended up going inside the restaurant simply for a receipt with info & was told that the receipt machine was down (as a customer is receiving a receipt). All of this while manager standing right there. When traveling through, this will not be a stop for me and I'm placing interaction and food on my blog

I showed up today about 10 minutes before breakfast ended and was told I had a 8 minute wait for breakfast biscuits. I asked to receive my chicken on a hamburger bun instead of a biscuit. There really wasn’t await. I got home and to my surprise Had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit in my bag. I’ve tried to call to ask for a refund and no one answers. Not sure how to settle this complaint
Went to the drive thru menu kiosk & asked if lunch was being served (10:54am). I was informed that they serve lunch starting at 11:00am. I proceeded to the front of the store and parked. At 11:00am I entered the lobby and waited for the front counter cashier to serve me. I hear an associate in the back area asking her co workers (all 5 of them), "Why was the front door left unlocked?" I literally had 4 associates approach me from the back area and escort me outside (along with kindly holding the door open for me) stating that the dining room is closed and that they are only taking drive thru orders. I thanked them for holding the door open for me and asked on my way out ,"Lunch is now being served, correct?" The associate that walked me out confirmed that they were indeed serving lunch. I proceeded back through the drive thru and the breakfast menu was the only menu visible. When the lady asked me for my order, I asked for the lunch menu and she advised me they are not serving lunch at this time. At this point I asked for management and she said "I am the manager. We are short staffed and behind on breakfast therefore we are not serving lunch at this time." I was obviously in disbelief at the defensive demeanor from her, after I was being as courteous as I could be. I informed her that I will be seeking higher assistance to address this situation and her reply was "That's fine, goodbye!"

Good old fashioned Hardee's, Homeaid biscuits and gravy good eggs, great sausage and wonderful service.... Not going to wait inline at waffle House any more....Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door, but friendly guest and employees are better. Over half of the tables accept a wheel chair.
Went in at 11:01 to get breakfast, the sign on the window said breakfast served until 12 on weekends. The manager or assistant manager said they didn't have any breakfast food left except a egg biscuit, which looked old. She was very rude. Not going in there again.
