A hidden gem. The location is exceptional and easy to access by road. The upgrades to the marina and the addition of the restaurant (S&S) makes this an ideal place to go get what you need while on the Cooper or on your way up to Moultrie or to Charleston. They have all you need!

Stopped in on Sunday morning at 10. Love the remodel, AMAZING.Love the wide entrance and the drive into the cove. We stopped into the store. They had snacks and gear, bait, and beer.Restroom is around the side, sharedWe will definitely be back to visit the swing and swine restaurant.

Great apartment complex/condominiums to settle down and call home. Friendly and quiet living and very well managed. The place is well maintained by a small , hardworking, friendly and dedicated landscaping crew that goes that extra mile to keep the place looking good and well groomed.
