Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

22 year old brown woman here. I was RACIALLY PROFILED and NOT treated like a Human Being. The woman would not even look me in the eyes and only spoke to me as she was walking away from me and very quietly. I understood she was very busy and I just wanted to be polite. But I noticed she communicated very respectfully and friendly to another customer. She just kept repeating to me "accept the order accept the order accept the order". 6+ times. That was the only thing she had said to me. I set my phone down on the counter just so that she could see what I was doing. My phone was loading very slowly. But I was trying to accept the order. I was just shocked to be treated that way. I was just doing a doordash to pay for my tuition. I train as a medical student during the day. And would never communicate with any of my patients this way. Maybe she thought I was going to take the order. But doordash does a good job of preventing that. I was sick to my stomach. I don't think they understand how they make us feel. I walked out of the door so slowly for some reason because I was in genuine shock. I was respectful and I was patient and waited there for 10 minutes. I didn't rush or pressure her either.

The actual service was fine but the food was terrible!!! I got the sweet and sour chicken combo with an egg roll and the chicken tastes old and hard. The egg roll was the worst i have ever tasted. Waiste of my money which cost almost $17 for the one combo with a sweet tea

Wasted 45 dollars. China Dragon in St. Stephens is soooo much better.

I called in an order and when I got there they had given it to another person. Long wait with kids in the car to redo. Food was good.

The absolute worst restaurant I have dealt with. I ordered a door dash order and they left out several items. So I called the restaurant to see if I could come get them and they continued to argue telling me I’m not looking hard enough in my bags and they packaged everything then hung up on me. I called back several times they would pick up the phone and hang up over and over. Finally someone got off their lazy behind and answered me and said to come get my correct orders then hung up on me again before I could even get a word out. Disrespectful workers

Found a dead bug in pancit. Ordered the house pancit and egg rolls. The bug appeared to be a small flying roach.

This is the worst overpriced place. They omit half the order they charged you for then proceed to argue with you about it. The lady that is usually a up front is a serious B****. We paid for items we didn't even get. It was $50 for a very small container of white rice, some wontons, and a small container of lo mein. Absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't even split that up between our family of 4. We had to go buy dinner again somewhere else.

Ordered boneless spare ribs got pork strips with pork fried rice that tasted like plain steamed rice with a few raw onions but it was a barfing yellow color sweet tea was spoiled and the guy at the counter decided to argue because it was just poured out of the pitcher..would not recomend anything from here its way over priced and the food is disgusting..tea is spoiled..customer service is horrible..Stay away ..wish i could post a picture of this...

The lady behind the counter was very nice. We had a big order and she was great.

To be fair, I’ve only eaten here once. That said, I would not recommend. In all of my eating of Chinese food, I have never had a bad order of General Tso's chicken...I did this time.

Food tasted pretty good, and they have a drive through. Comes in handy for handicap or *others*.👍🏾
