Was not greeted when entering the facility, immediately approached and was asked if we were picking up door dash. Informed the employee no , she said well we close in an hour. Was not informed why, had to go back in and ask the reason why, which was because of the weather approaching and that they wanted everyone out by 12. Did not feel welcome due to the fact that the employee had an attitude. I think they could have handled this situation better by being friendly or communicating to the incoming customers better. We decided to go to Waffle House, they’re always open. Maybe we will give this location the benefit of the doubt but not sure yet.

The waitress had a hurt wrist so everything she brought out was pressed against her chest with her dirty shirt touching stuff. She was rude. I asked for ketchup and got snapped at! She brought my bfs food out first and took forever with mine. He was already done eating by the time mine came out. We were the only people in there till just b4 we left one other table came in. I’ll never go back! Awful service. Dirty waitress. Unfriendly. And we paid cash which she dug in her purse n made change. Never used a register..

We haven’t been in for a while, but food was just as tasty as always and service was excellent!! Darnell and T were friendly and courteous, as was all the staff and we’ll make a point of popping in more often. Thanks for the great breakfast!!

Just don't even go there!! At arrival, there was maybe one occupied table. The waitress asked drink orders, they were given, and she started asking everyone again for their drink orders. Ordering food was even more difficult and I should have written them down myself. I ordered chicken tenders, which comes with two sides. I told her the the and she repeated one and I told her the second one again. That led ti her confusion. One was Mac and cheese, and becomes important in this review. This was highly confusing to her and it turns out, she didn't even know what meal I had ordered. After a big struggle for four people to order food and have it taken correctly, that part was done. Drinks ran out and it was 20 minutes before she came back. We thought food was being cooked but then 10-15 minutes later, the cook looked over the booth back at us and read the orders off to make sure they were right. And then he started cooking. 10 or so minutes after that, he came back and said they didnt have mac & cheese and if we wanted something else. He said they didn't have any at all, but finally said if we didnt mind waiting 4 minutes, he would get it out the freezer and microwave it (3 people ordered it). It turns out it took 15 more minutes to get food, then another 10 to get Mac and cheese. We had to ask for utensils to wat with. Ask more than once for condiments. Spare yourself and dont go there.

Overall 1 star. We ordered online paid online $50. Can’t even get a refund online. Can’t even get a refund in store was told they were out of burgers. They started closing 30 minutes before they’re supposed to. Can’t get this fixed till the morning. How crazy.

A rough my grandma and company a busy Saturday morning. It was great, very surprised at the service and how quickly we were able to be seated ect. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, unfortunately didn’t catch her name. lol Food is your typical Waffle House diner….the pancakes were delicious. I appreciated the service most of all, bc it is the Moncks and well we are hispanic. Sometimes it’s a bit south down here still lol…and that wasn’t the case and I appreciated that.
Erika, was our server. She was professional, energetic and engaged with all of her customers. One can tell she loves what she does and is very caring of people. Food was great so was the coffee.

I ordered online and got the strawberry topped waffle with egg- and I received everything BUT the waffle?? Like I got my strawberry and whip cream but not the waffle it goes on?? I'm so disappointed I was really in the mood for a waffle.
