Jersey Mike's Subs

Need management in this location bad, steady waiting for an order that was suppose to be ready for pickup, while I'm being told it's being worked on now, but they proceed to keep making orders for people in-store that I ordered before they were even there, at this time its already been 45 min since i ordered and 15 min late for time it was supposed to already been picked up.. Then customer even came in after me got his food and even told them hey this guy was here before me. Then I request a refund and go to McDonald's and get perfect service. Wow, that's slack jersey Mike's. This isn't the first time at this location having poor service.

This location prioritizes walk ins over people who ordered ahead. Arrived a few minutes AFTER the promised time and the sandwiches weren’t even started. Waited an extra 30 min to get my pickup order from when I arrived here. Totally unprofessional and rude. Go to literally any of the other 4 sub places in Moncks corner and don’t come here. This place is so unorganized.

Parking: I would definitely make sure to be super aware of entering the parking lot it's a steep climb and u won't know if anyone is coming around the building and down

Kid-friendliness: They make small subs for kids to have so parents do not have to feel like they have to cut a regular size sub down for a little kid to have

The three young ladies working tonight 6/2 at about 8:30pm were all friendly and hard working. A fairly busy evening right before close and these girls are doing amazing ! Food was delicious too !

This specific location particularly is wonderful. If I'm going to get a sub I'm going to go here. All staff members are excellent. The word for them is...? thoughtful. ✌???

I wish I could give it a zero star.. Where do I start, bread as hard as a brick, they didn’t tell me they were out of provolene so they automatically substituted it with Swiss, it was ten minutes till closing they tell us they won’t cook a grill item, but as we were walking out they were cooking chicken Phillys, put a lousy four slices of ham where normally you would get six and wasn’t nice when I corrected , when they finished my sandwich and I asked for salt on the sub, they put salt on both sides so it made it a salty sandwich. One of the sandwich makers was literally wiping the cutting board with a sandwich wrap and dumping the loose food on the floor. Horrible, unprofessional, and rude

Besides parking on a big hill this place is awesome! Great service, food is fresh and prepared with care. Hot or cold sub you’ll be delighted to know you get great portion sizes with all. Online ordering was an ease making the pickup process bliss!
