For as high as their prices are, you'd think the employees making the food would pay at least a little attention to the orders written for them. Either one person can't write, the other can't read, or both. $40 for three subs, two being completely wrong, is not only unacceptable, but not worth ever going back to. And of course they ask you to tip 15-25%. Seriously??

My favorite sandwiches the number 17 the Philly cheesesteak. They'd always do a good job. It's a wonderful. I would highly recommend it

Our to go order was not how it was ordered. My granddaughter ordered the number 8 which comes with mayonnaise had none on it plus ordered extra cheese but was not on it. She also asked for no onions, no salt or oregano but had all them on it. We ordered a #13 and asked for it to be made Mike’s way but it was not made that way. It had mayonnaise on it & no onions. Too much money for giants to be messed up this bad so I guess if you order on line make SURE YOU CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
