I asked for something not on my sandwich (it was rang in correctly) and it was still put on it. When I went back to fix it they literally just took it off my bitten sandwich, and then proceeded to hand it back… no babes remake my stuff

We have came here a couple times recently. Every experience has been really good. They also have the Unwich. This is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. I wasn't sure at first but it turned out really good. Definitely a new lunch stop.

The girl at the registers hands were dirty and gross let alone wearing long nails while using the meat slicer. And had difficulty ordering when i asked for double ham for a replacement for the double capollo but that couldn’t happen so i paid for double meat but didnt get it.

Bland. I couldn't taste the meat. There is so much lettuce (I love lettuce) but this tasted like I was eating a salad with bread. The bread was good but I couldn't taste any turkey. I tried to fix it up when I got home but I still couldn't get any flavor out of my sandwich. Maybe I just got a dud. This place is pretty popular and people seem to like it so I don't understand why I got a bad sub.

Great food and a rare kind of customer service. Without me even asking, they changed the music from R&B to Disney favorites when they saw my kids were dining in. We were the only customers at the time, and the music enhanced our family dinner together. Love the menu and the quality. We'll be back!

It was around 5:55pm on a Friday. All the fast food places were full of cars except for Jimmy John's. Now I know why.
The staff were friendly enough and prompt but the food we ordered was one of the worst things I've eaten in 6 months. Whoever made my sandwich put no less than half a bottle of mayo and oil on my sandwich. The wrapping was coated in oil and was actively dripping with each bit.
There does not seem to be any guidelines for the employees to follow when making a sandwich.
We had to call the restaurant to ask where the pesto was (capresi sandwich). We were directed that it is between the meat, not on the bread. It took active investigation to locate the 1/32nd gram of pesto. You can't actually taste it.
The two chocolate chip cookies were great but overall $25 was the ultimate in buyer's remorse.
Just trying to offer constructive criticism to management to fix these issues before they go out of business like Popeye's across the road.

Customer service is outstanding. These guys were super friendly & super fast. But! These are subs guys. The bread needs to be edible. First time EVER eating a sub with a steak knife.
