The food is okay but the wait is horrible. If you’re on lunch break be prepared to maybe spend your lunch break there waiting on your food. It’s not often but it happens quite a lot

We entered KFC at 4:45pm. One of the workers stated they only accept online orders. There's no one available to work the registers. I understood and was preparing to leave with my children. They were already seated. By the time my kids got up, they took orders from other people. Also stating they are old, etc blah blah blah they probably can't access the app. I felt discriminated. I ALSO CANT ACCESS THE APP. I went through drive-thru ordered and received my food. The experience was not pleasant at first. I did tip the drive thru woman $25 for calling them out. She noticed what happened and I would love to commend her. She deserves a raise.

Chicken was a bit dry but it was a Sunday evening. Everything else was good. Service is usually quick drive thru, it’s just in a weird spot.

Worst $20 I've spent on food in a long time.i sent my husband there & I got two different meals & neither one was fresh. I even specifically asked for FRESH fries. The lady acknowledged that she heard him say that... but I still got some dry ssa french fries.. ppl need to understand that you have to do your job PROPERLY until you punch out on that clock. It's not okay to not follow kitchen safety by serving people old food. He did not get her name she was working the drive thru at 8:30 he said she was very rude & obviously did not check the food.. to top it off the THREE chicken strips were overcooked and shriveled up. He described her to be a bigger whitegirl with black hair. (Don't shoot the messenger) The thing I'm more worried about is how every item that I got was dry. . Never in my life!! KFC trying to take me out.. 😅

On 2/2/2025: The young girl at the counter was a doll. She was very friendly and patient as my 4 yr old grandson flirted with her during the ordering process. She listened as I placed our order for a 12 piece mixed meal (original & extra crispy) to go, and she repeated the order back to me to make sure it was understood. I appreciate her very much. Whoever filled our order though… I’m hoping this review will better that person’s attention to orders and make future patrons experience better than ours. When we arrived at our destination and opened the bucket, there were only 10 pieces of chicken and only 4 of those were extra crispy. There were 2 small legs, a wing, and a very small thigh. Being diabetic, this is a very big “deal” for me. I took the time to actually research and learn that the extra crispy is the only chicken that does not contain sugar. As I said, I hope this review will bring about better attention to detail when fulfilling orders. Not only did we NOT get what we paid for, I also was not able to eat because there wasn’t enough of the type of food to meet our family’s needs.

As a door dash driver, this establishment makes it very difficult to serve customers. Had to wait in line for 20 min while food was getting cold on the counter of the restaurant due to them locking the front door. That made it incredibly difficult to validate the order, and took way too long for food that was ready when I arrived.
Food is good but the drive through doesn’t give anything no silverware no napkins no sauce, nothing but attitude and chicken .

Lived in Moncks Corner for 2 yrs, this KFC is hands down always on point. Chicken is HOT, food is always consistently good, and staff is friendly. I used to be a Bojangles gal, but this KFC has won over my business. Good job team! Keep up the good work.
Asked for extra crispy and they gave me original when I called once I got home was rude and unwilling to refund chicken asked me to come by with bucket really never again.plus chicken was soggy don’t eat there they are rude
