I’ve been a loyal customer of this Marco’s Pizza location since it first opened, and while the food and service started out great, it’s clear that something has changed — and not for the better. My most recent experience was unacceptable and disappointing on several levels.
I placed an online order as I usually do. When I arrived at the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready, I was told by an employee named Cam to come back in 10 minutes because my order was not ready yet. I waited outside for 15 minutes before returning, only to have Cam appear confused and unable to locate my order. Instead of clearly communicating with me, she seemed unsure and kept speaking to coworkers while fumbling through the process.
Eventually, I had to ask what was wrong, and that’s when she informed me that they had forgotten to make one of my large pizzas. I was refunded for the missing pizza, but had to wait again for it to be made. When I finally got home, I discovered that the wing flavors were also incorrect — something else I clearly specified in my order.
At that point, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, Jayden. Shockingly, Cam told me that he refused to come to the phone, saying he was “too busy” to speak with a customer — a customer who had just left the store with an incorrect order. During our conversation, Cam continued to huff and puff and act visibly annoyed, despite the fact that I was the one inconvenienced by multiple errors and delays. It was frustrating and disrespectful, especially since I had children at home waiting on a pizza that was initially forgotten.
There seems to be a serious lack of accountability, customer service training, and basic order accuracy at this location. Between the incorrect order, poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and a manager who refuses to engage with a customer, this experience has left a very bad impression.

Pizza is usually ok but ordered pepperoni and pineapple and got pepperoni and a meat we know what it is and are missing the sauces we paid for

Ordered delivery at 9:27 pm. 10:34 pm called and they advised 10 mins before delivery! 10:55 pm called again and they said the DOOR Dasher picked it up 20 mins prior. Never was it delivered. Contacted DoorDash twice…. And they tried to say they were in my yard but weren’t. So 1.5 hrs later and trying to get a refund and dinner at 11:10 pm! DoorDash is gonna ruin the delivery business for businesses

It is Christmas Eve night. It is 812pm. I ordered my food 50 minutes ago. I came in person paid with my card. The girl that took my order said it’ll be about an hour. I said OK I’ll be back in an hour and I came back in 50 minutes later to a closed and cleaned up store with my order sitting there and all employees gone. Nobody called me to tell me that they were closing early. I understand that it’s Christmas Eve that’s part of your job I worked today too but now I have nothing to eat, and I don’t have the money that I just spent on the food that I was going to eat so thank you Marco‘s pizza. This was an amazing way to end 2024 Christmas Eve night thank you Marcos thank you.

Girl was RUDE! Called about a delivery order and asked to refunded. Cashier kept hanging up!
We normally love the food but tonight was not a good night. They dropped our pizza at some point because when I opened it the toppings and slices were all over the place. The driver gave me an attitude as I was helping her take my pizzas out of the delivery case. The last few times I've ordered it just hasn't been right.

I am not rating their pizza, just their delivery service. This is the 3rd time I've attempted delivery and every time has been a bad experience. Expected delivery time tonight was 6:41 with an actual delivery time of 7:39. They don't acknowledge the late delivery and are rude if you call about. It's average pizza for a fast food chain, just don't get delivery.

Food is 2 stars for the percentage of how often the food come out correct 40 percent of the time it’s ok. Going to try cane bay Marcos next time. I’m annoyed at the inconsistency. I ask for well done it’s under cooked. Seems like sometimes read the notes on the ticket and sometimes they don’t?

We usually love Marco's, but we are really getting tired of all the issues.
We always order a very simple pizza and almost never get the crust topping that we order. The dips added to the order are always missing too.
In addition, they refuse to give us the military discount most of the time. They give all kinds of BS excuses when in reality, they are just too lazy to ask their manager for assistance.
We were excited when they opened, now we're looking into other options.
I called in on my mobile phone,the pizza's were ready in 40 mins,and so delicious worth the wait

Called the store to acquire about my order and the manager was rude and disrespectful. Got upset because I was inquiring about my food and hung up on me. I called back and she just held the phone like a teenage child. I like Marcos but definitely won’t deal with rude customer service especially when I was calm and nice.
