Usually always have a great experience with Papa John’s. The food is almost always perfect. The service is normally exceptional. We have had problems in the past but the employees are human too. They make mistakes just like the next person.

After placing my order we waited outside and watched as one of the workers behind the counter stood at the register and casually vaped and blew big puffs of smoke 🚬....just curious as too what happened to workers being professional???? People just don't care anymore....just a sad sight, I'm just glad that he wasn't the one making my food. Pizza was 👍

First of all, there was a hairy hat and jacket literally ON THE COUNTER where food is made/distributed, picture for proof!!!! Do NOT order from this Papa John’s! I placed on order, had the order details for the employee or manager (not sure who it was) to see, and he still did not give me the pizza that I ordered. He just claimed that he could not do anything about it, and he literally saw my email!! You’re going to tell me that you can’t count? The order literally had quantity two for pizza and one cheese bread, yet they still claimed that they only saw one pizza on their end. Ok I get it, people claim all of the time that they placed an order that doesn’t exist, but I had email proof. Then they didn’t want to even acknowledge a deal online so that I could order another one. I’m sorry, but that is beyond poor customer service!

The bald guy with the glasses literally screams at the employees and at the customers as well. Not sure what the deal is with him but it’s incredibly disturbing to see him treat people that way and for it to go unchecked….

My son really wanted Papa Johns. I reluctantly ordered 2 Shaq-a-ronis and 2 cheesesticks. One of my pizzas has a big ass bubble, while the other was cut weird. And the cheesesticks were poorly made. I called to speak with a manager. She said the only solution is to bring it back and they will remake it. While then said, "but I see you had your order delivered so I guess you can't bring them back." The said to "enjoy my evening." I spent damn near $100 for pizza that looked like it was worth $10.

literally seen the w/ girl with black hair not wash her hands then start making my food with no gloves i felt very disgusted as she had acrylic nails on that carry lots of bacteria i lost my appetite then asked for a refund, they looked at me like i was the crazy one 1 star restaurant DO NOT EAT HERE ! 10/2/24
