*update* the GENERAL MANAGER has now confirmed that even though i never received my order, it is āimpossibleā to issue a refund. they even told me calling doordash wouldnāt help me! This is actually theft and iām now escalating this to a corporate level! also as a former papa johns employee i know for fact, he has to call the MERCHANT SUPPORT LINE for companies who deliver through doordash, give them the order number and have them issue a refund! i canāt call that line myself.
I paid for my order through the papa tracking link. a delivery driver never picked it up. so i called to get a refund. first i was told id be refunded and issued a $10 credit for the inconvenience! (props to peyton he clearly knows whatās up) called back a week later when i didnāt receive the refund, and the man in store (chris) simply told me they ācannot helpā because i paid through that link. i have the transaction history and they said thereās nothing they can do. i order from here frequently and i would really like to keep doing so. can i please have my $24 dollars? thank you.

I'm disabled and ordering delivery is usually very difficult!!! but Ty went out of his way to inform my driver of the situation. He even went as far as to call after my order was completed to ensure that it was delivered properly. Genuinely such a sweet thing to do and Im grateful. I'm so glad this is the closest Papa Johns to my house!
