This location has really gone downhill fast! The bathrooms are disgusting and smell horrible. They have not been cleaned in a while and it shows. I can only imagine how the kitchen must be.

You know, I never trust a gas station that don't print out receipts when prompted. It seems like all Parker's have issues with this. Also, their pumps extremely slow.

Absolutely disgusting. Both moncks corners have become places I simply avoid. This one smelled horribly tonight, slushy machines were out of order as usual with one spilling out onto the counter. Such a shame parkers is going downhill as badly as it is.

Stop got potato wedges and livers. They some best l I vers I've had since being south Carolina...5yrs. They was fresh and crunchy but not over done...the young man who waited on me was very was superior customer service. He help me order and gave me GREAT FOOD!!!!!!!!!! WHICH TO ME IS A WIN WIN!!!
(I usually waste food because I'm so picky)

I would like to bring to your attention an experience I had on Thursday, July 31, at 10:55 AM. The attendant displayed behavior that I found to be less than professional, including inappropriate hand gestures and neck rolling. Given that customer service is a vital part of your business, I believe it would be beneficial for staff to receive a reminder about the importance of maintaining a positive demeanor. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return to this gas station and will share my concerns with others. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On a recent visit to Parker store number 072 on the corner of highway 52 and 402 in Moncks Corner, South Carolina I had to get another Parker's award card because mine was wore out. An employee named Kayla providing me with outstanding service by helping me achieve another card air professionalism was outstanding!

Absolutely sucks!!! If I could give it a zero Stars I would. I go in to get gas and of course they're register is locked up they can't get ahold of the manager because the manager is not answering the phone and all the kiosks are only credit cards!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I STOOD IN LINE FOR 5 MINUTES WHILE AN EMPLOYEE WAS LEANING ON THE COUNTER ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE!! NEEDS TO PULL HIS PANTS UP WHILE HE IS ON DUTY!!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!

The service late night sucks. Doordash order not ready & the guy said “I’m not picking out the stuff, you do it”. Rude, loud on the phone and dismissive of your presence while in the store. It’s a wonder this place hasn’t been robbed considering he doesn’t care what you do while you’re in the store because he’s too busy yelling and cursing on the phone with friends.
