Pelican's Snoballs (Strawberry Station)

The wife and I loved it when they were open, but it appears to have been closed for 2 months now. We saw people moving a bunch of items from inside to a trailer and took down the menu signs from outside. Date of review is 27 Jan 2023.

We love going to Pelican’s! Definitely get the reusable cup if you plan on going more than once!

Literally closed during business hours. This is the second time this week we’ve tried to come by and they’re closed. The phone number listed isn’t even in service to try and call before arriving to see if they’re open.

I love this place!! Me and my family come to pelicans snowball almost every week if not every other day! It is the best icy in town with many many different flavors! I love it

Good old fashioned snow cones, with plenty of flavor and a big variety.

My kids loved the snow cones, mine was okay. What wasn't okay was waiting between 30 and 45 minutes for three snow cones. I don't know if they don't have fast enough machines or fast enough employees, but that's a long wait for shaved ice with flavored syrup on top. Maybe they're under staffed? I don't know, but I won't visit this place again unless my persuasive pre-teens bully me into it, but even they were frustrated by the wait so we'll see.

It was fine. I love pelican but my regular snoball in a large cup only had syrup on the top portion... My husband's had syrup throughout. A bit disappointing. Also there isn't much parking and people just cut in front of you in line.

Great snowballs. Huge servings and great flavors. Will definitely be back!

This place doesn't deserve a star!!Very unprofessional and horrible attitude to say they are in customer service. The hours that are posted on their building is from 12pm to 7pm. I came to the place at 12:10pm and the building looked closed as it did on Sunday where I waited 30 minutes for them to open at 2pm and they didn't. But instead of driving away, I knocked on the door today Tuesday, July 13, 2021 with my 3 kids and the owner, maybe? Slung the door open and yelled hold on we are coming!! I said your hours say you're open at 12pm, she then fired off with I don't have to open, I don't care!!! I said it's your business, you aren't doing me any favors so she walked back in and slammed the door. For fear that she would spit in my or my kids beverages I left. Because if she is that way and I can see her, I can only imagine what is going on behind closed doors.There is another Pelicans Snoball in Summerville that I will happily drive 8 miles to ensure my kids beverages are safe. Thanks for showing your true colors!!!
