General Manager at Pizza Hunt in Moncks Corner SC is very rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. It’s a one sided conversation with her. She doesn’t want to listen to the facts about the situation. She blames people for their mistakes. She doesn’t want to take responsibility of their mistakes. There was a couple heard her said those mean impatient, mean and unprofessional things to me. The couple didn’t like that at all. The couple is going to report her to upper management at Pizza Hunt in Moncks Corner.
Don’t ever do business with them.

Pizza looked under cooked.tasted like what you would buy at a grocer store freezer..they apparently cut back on the amount of toppings barely covered half the pizza some slices had nothing..definitely not worth the $40 we paid for food..

I ordered carry out and both pizzas I had were still raw and had hardly any sauce after waiting at least 25 minutes past my pickup time. I called the store and immediately received attitude when I let them know what was wrong with my order. After going all the way back with the pizzas and my receipt, I was told that the way my pizza looked was normal because that's what it looks like when you ask for no sauce. My receipt clearly showed that I asked for the normal amount of sauce, and still got no explanation for the pizzas being raw and cold.

Delivery so don’t judge atmosphere. No driver of their own so they use door dash. My pizza was a hour and a half late. I don’t want to hear that’s DoorDash fault not Pizza Hut. If they employed and paid their drivers well then they wouldn’t use door dash. They had no problem taking my money just delivering hot food. I have never left a bad review ever. I never wanted to waste the energy, but I had to let all know. Don’t expect hot and good food from here. You will not get it. Edit: manager was great. They only had three young ladies working at the time. She made it correct. Thank you.

We ordered one pizza. The pizza was delivered 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time, which isn’t that bad. The pizza was cold when we got it. The biggest issue was that the box was not sealed upon delivery, nor was there a receipt attached. We were very hesitant to eat the pizza. Any other time that we’ve ordered delivery, our pizza arrived HOT and SEALED. We won’t be ordering from here again.
