Food has been late the past 3 times I've went there, not worth it to order your food online just to go there and sit for 10 min minimum and then you get your food and they didn't sprinkle any Parmesan on your bread sticks. Best to go somewhere else

We ordered pizzas for pickup. We got there a late and pizzas were not ready. We were told it would be about 5 minutes and waited for over 20 minutes. There were no sense of urgency,and staff seemed to be more interested in their conversations... The cheese on one of the pizza tasted old. However, the restaurant was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of parking.

Absolutely disgusted by the location. My order online order said it would be ready at 5:16pm. I already knew better because 4 weeks ago I waited nearly 2 hours so I got there at 5:46pm….guess what! Still not ready!!! I assumed the previous time was just an off day. The manager is a disgrace. I watched an employee quit on the spot because of his belittling remarks and the manager not pitching in. Manager tells me I might as well get a refund because my pizza wasn’t even put in. Guy before demanded a refund and he gave him cash because the guy was pissed he’d have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Didn’t give me cash. I am completely done with this location and hope it shuts down because of its poor service. DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont have menus any more they tell you to look up the menu, the floor were sticky and I can only assume that's because they spill stuff everywhere!! The waitress spilt a drink on my 1 year old! Didn't even bring napkins to help clean up her mess. It took an hour for them to bring us our pizza and bread sticks! And the whole time their back there arguing about who's food is who's and how they sent the wrong food with the Uber eats guy. We never got a refill on our drinks and then we stood there for almost 10mins waiting to get a Togo box. I was in there a few months ago and it wasnt like this but after today I will definitely never be back.

I ordered online to have pizza delivered at noon and my order gets here at 1030. I called the store and asked why when I asked for it to be delivered at noon. She said it was my fault. I have screen shot my phone of my order. She was in the wrong and didn’t care to help. I will never be back there. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen.

Went in 8:18 on a Friday, nobody in the dining room, asked if we could eat in, they said had to check with someone in back, 3 minutes later got a yes, waited until 8:50 (with nobody in the dining room) didn't so much as get a menu, or even a drink order... If you do business, make sure you're ordering for take out or delivery.
The price for the food was a little expensive but the food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

I will spend again what I payed tonight for dinner. The toppings on both pizzas were to the edge of the crust which I love because it feels they took there time on preparing my dinner for my family. Josh you and your staff are doing an amazing job there.
