I ordered online to have pizza delivered at noon and my order gets here at 1030. I called the store and asked why when I asked for it to be delivered at noon. She said it was my fault. I have screen shot my phone of my order. She was in the wrong and didn’t care to help. I will never be back there. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen.

Went in 8:18 on a Friday, nobody in the dining room, asked if we could eat in, they said had to check with someone in back, 3 minutes later got a yes, waited until 8:50 (with nobody in the dining room) didn't so much as get a menu, or even a drink order... If you do business, make sure you're ordering for take out or delivery.

I will spend again what I payed tonight for dinner. The toppings on both pizzas were to the edge of the crust which I love because it feels they took there time on preparing my dinner for my family. Josh you and your staff are doing an amazing job there.

The pizza and bread sticks were very good, and lots of toppings on the pizza evenly spaced. The bread sticks had a lot of garlic and parmesain on them. The food was ready on time. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely be going back.

I recently placed an order at Pizza Hut, expecting a hot and complete meal after a long day at work. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The pizza and wings should be served hot, but my order was lukewarm at best. On top of that, part of my order was missing, which I only realized once I got home.
Yes, I acknowledge that I should double-check my order before leaving, but when picking up food after work, I trust that my order will be correct—especially when spending over $45. Instead, I was given a $7 credit for an error that should have been resolved differently. Driving back from Cane Bay to Moncks Corner for cold breadsticks was not worth it.
Companies need to do better, especially as prices continue to rise. If consumers are paying more, we should also receive better service. Ensuring orders are complete and food is served hot should be the standard, not the exception.

General Manager at Pizza Hunt in Moncks Corner SC is very rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. It’s a one sided conversation with her. She doesn’t want to listen to the facts about the situation. She blames people for their mistakes. She doesn’t want to take responsibility of their mistakes. There was a couple heard her said those mean impatient, mean and unprofessional things to me. The couple didn’t like that at all. The couple is going to report her to upper management at Pizza Hunt in Moncks Corner.
Don’t ever do business with them.
