Mac and cheese spilled out all in the bag because Apparently the lid on the Mac and cheese doesn't close at all because of the black container inside of it being too big. $10 for this SMALL buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and y'all can't put a lid on it that works. Or tell me that the lid not secured at all? There's Mac and cheese all over everything in the bag. I also didn't get my two pieces of toast that come with it. What a waste of money and time I will not be going back it not worth the money

Food was hot and quick if you ordered all fried food. Floors were super sticky all over the restaurant, and seem to be super slow if you don't order all fried food.

This was my 1st time trying Slim Chickens. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service was A1 and everyone that we came encounter with was really nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the 10 piece boneless meal with fries, toast and a drink. (10.99) The price was reasonable and the portion size was great. I would definitely return here and give their fried mushrooms and dessert a try!

On Tuesday, September 16, 3025, at approximately 1259 hours I, Dante G., responded to The Slim Chickens located at 451 North US Highway 52, which is in the jurisdiction of the town of Moncks Corner, county of Berkeley, and state of South Carolina, in reference to an animal complaint, specifically sightings of a large, aggressive black dog.
Upon my arrival, I entered the building via the outward opening door centrally located on the D-side of the building. I moved directly to the point of sale, was met by Sheryl, and ordered a classic meal adequately described as containing 4 chicken fingers, fries, and a fountain drink. I chose honey barbecue as my tossin' sauce as well as my dippin' sauce.
I located a two top and took a seat. A few moments later, my meal was delivered.
The tenders were wonderfully moist and perfectly fried. There was not an excess of sauce. The fries were crunchy outside, soft inside. The drink was Cherry Coke. I went back for a $7.76 banana pudding. It came in a branded mason type jar with lid, so it was worth it. It tasted wonderful.
The staff were just as amazing as the food. I was disappointed, however, at a lack of memorabilia of Son House or Robert Johnson. Nothing from Greenwood or Clarksdale, MS. No Highway 49 or Highway 61 references.
Thankfully, I also found no indications of large black dogs, just amazing food.
I’m not sure what has happened within the last several months. Everytime I come here recently, I’m waiting at least 5-10 minutes in the drive thru for food. Fresh food is great, but burning my gas isn’t. Never an apology or reason why. Never a farewell greeting.
It’s a shame slim chickens is the best chicken place. Because I’ll continue coming here, but it’s so painfully slow. Food is always great. I guess you can’t have it both ways

The owner contacted me personally after my food was switched with someone else's. Entire order was replaced at my convenience and the employees went above and beyond to correct it. Definitely a business worth supporting.

Went ordered a salad, As I was eating i discovered there was a ROACH in my salad... Disgusting will not go back again.

While placing order was told “You are going way too fast” and “You already said that”. I pulled to the window and gave cashier the money, she hands me back the receipt with no change. She then hands me the bag of food, she places the “change” in the bag with my food. I then, open the boxes and notice I was only given bread and mac and cheese with no chicken. Cashier goes “sorry, mixed that up” she then opens the box and throws two chicken nuggets into the box. I put the bag down. She hands me a Dr. Pepper, the cup is leaking all over my hand once I grab it. She goes “Do you need anything else?” I had to wipe it off with a wipe inside of my car. I never ordered Dr Pepper. I said this, she takes it back from me and gives me a sweet tea. I also had to ask for my milkshake. I drove to the side of the building, I open my food and my fried mushrooms have hardly any breading. My wings and fries are hard as a rock as if they had been sitting there for hours. I didn’t have a straw for one my drinks, she forgot my 3 year olds fork to eat her Mac and cheese and my sauces were forgotten.
