This place in my opinion is a better Raising Cane's. They have way more flavors and also have bone in wings. The service here is fantastic and the dining room is not boring.

We visited on 3/12/24 around 3:45pm. The cashier Janelle M. Greeted us as soon as we walked in. She seemed genuinely friendly and professional. We had the Chicks Meal and Wing Meal. Both of my sons said it was better than Zaxbys. I love they have so many dipping sauce options. Next time I’m trying a desert.

It took 50 minutes to get a 6 piece chicken dinner to go. I went up to the counter after a customer who came in after me and received his order before me. They apologized and couldn't explain what happened. The food wasn't good to me but everyone has their own expectation of what they're looking for in taste. Sorry I won't return for chicken here.

The fried pickels are so thin it felt like a scam. Waited over an hour for a simple rework (chicken wrap and wings). I would wait and allow this place time to mature before trying.

Went to Slim's for lunch with co-workers. My order never came out. Everyone else finished their lunch and I'm still waiting.Nobody came to table asking how things were, I had to go to the counter and ask where my lunch was.Took so long to finally get my food that everyone else was finished. I had to take it back to work and eat at my desk.Completely unacceptable service.
Chicken was the worst I've had,didn't eat in so won't comment on atmosphere.

We tried it a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the chicken. We recently went back and there was no drop off at all. The amount of food you get for the price is surprisingly good, making them a great value. Unless they have a dropoff we will be consistent customers

It took 30 minutes to get food. Food was cold when it arrived. Most customers around us were complaining about cold food as well. More employees were standing around than working. One employee stood in the dining area talking to her friends the whole time. There were 2 or 3 actually working , and they couldn’t figure out what food went to what customers, and kept taking it back to the kitchen. I would not recommend and will not be going back.

Some of the best chicken you can get in the area for fast food. Me and my wife have been here twice now. Everything is super fresh, the staff is extremely friendly, patient, and welcoming. It really stands out when a fast food place does something different and treats you different. ON TOP of already extremely delicious food. Truly satisfying experience. Other places need to take a page from what this place is doing.
