Ive been going to this sonic for a while but the past few times I've gone have not been good at all. They have messed up the orders the past two times. It seems that the employees are more interested in socializing then working. They don't listen when you order and even if you correct them over the comms they dont fix it. They also have been quite short with people when they are ordering. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I came here with my wife and I ordered.A double smash burger. When I got to my home, I opened my box to find that my smash burger consisted of two patties and some cheese.Nothing else no onions no pickles. I went back to the restaurant and told them. I had a problem with my order, and I told them what the problem was. The woman took the burger from me and went inside. I could then hear them from outside the restaurant. Laughing at me for coming back for pickles. And I heard the cook's name was Tyrone, laughing and making jokes about me. I will not ever come back to this location. I have lived here for the past thirty years and i've gone to the sonic hundreds of times and this is my last visit.

I recently paid a visit to Sonic - Moncks Corner, SC of which I visit quite often because my grandmother loves the Strawberry Milkshake. On three different occasions I’ve encountered the services of a worker by the name of Jatravion he is amazing, always polite, uses his manners and has great customer service skills. He was even on skates like the old times! He is a great employee that is doing his job in an excellent way and he should be recognized and celebrated.
