I had an awesome experience at Sonic thanks to Clarese! She went above and beyond with her service—friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything was just right. I had not been to Sonoc in quite a few years. My son thought Sonic the restaurant had something to do with Sonic the hedgehog. So I let him have his experience. He was unable to eat the chicken fingers. The fries were salty and my chicken sandwich was the only thing hot and fresh. We will not be coming back. The server was pleasantly helpful and gave a warm smile. She is an asset to Sonic.

We stopped by there today Sunday May 25, 2025. When we first walked in the cashier only cashier working in the dinning room area was dancing with a female. We were the only ones in line, he ran to the register and ALLOWED that same female to order her food first before us. As she was ordering she took her time and he never noticed us or said anything to us. We stood there for at least 20 minutes. We finally walked out. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE EVER AGAIN. PLUS THE LOBBY AREA WAS NASTY ALSO. I would not recommend my family or friends to eat at that restaurant ever again. If I could give y'all a zero I would have.
Y'all need to learn how to do half cash half card this is bs. And make sure y'all are giving the right orders out come on now. It's not hard to do half cash half card it's simple cash first then card.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, food very greasy, drinks never mixed right, order always Incorrect, and yesterday there was a fly in peach limeade. Thank God I didn't get something with strawberry in it cause I wouldn't have noticed. Please clean your establishment.
