I ordered 2 foot long cold cut trio sub sandwiches from Subway on Rembert Dennis Blvd. located in Moncks Corner S.C. I wanted to add pepperoni and Pastrami. The server told me that it would be $4.00 for 3 slices of Pepperoni, and $3.00 for 2 slices of Pastrami. had accepted my order would have been nearly $38.00. Is this standard pricing for all Subway locations?

Order ahead one hour so I wouldn't have to wait for pickup,and they didn't even have the food ready. They only started my order AFTER I got there and said I was here for a pickup.

We had a wonderful experience at Subway! Sunny, who was preparing our subs, was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. He made one of the best footlongs we’ve ever had — fresh, perfectly made, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean, well-organized, and inviting, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back, thanks to the excellent service and quality food!

I have never had a problem with Subway® and everything was fine until I got in my car and went to go leave and found out that I paid $17 to get a combo meal and my drink that was supposed to be new and not drinking out of was opened. I went to go get in my car and leave and went to go take a sip of the drink that I bought, and the seal was broken. I tried calling them to let them know that they may need to look at the refrigerator, but no one answered the phone. The food is good. The people are good but one thing I don’t expect is to go and take a sip of a drink that I bought and find out that someone has already drinking that bottle

Wish this had zero stars. How in the living hell are they going to charge me damn near 20$ for a sub that is just bread, raw bacon and barely any chicken? And calling for a refund is a joke. No English spoken and no employee in the damn store knows who made the sandwich nor do they know when their manager will be in. Doesn't take a college degree but some common sense would be nice.

I know, I know it’s subway. There not much to expect…but here is my experience. I have NEVER left a review for a fast food restaurant because let’s face it, you get what you get with fast food.
I will never in my life visit this location again! After picking up my order, which was placed online, and driving 15 minutes home I realized my order was incorrect. So I drove another 15 minutes back to this location with the food to request that it be remade correctly. The sandwiches which were all American clubs did not have bacon and two of the three were on incorrect bread. None of them were toasted. I politely explained what was wrong to the gentleman working and he quickly started to raise his voice and berate me. I asked politely again since I had just drove 30 minutes for them to be remade. This is when his female employee came in and also chimed in how I was wrong and everything was right because she made them-even though I presented the receipt for proof they were incorrect. After being shamed as a customer I asked for the order back and proceeded to leave the restaurant as I do not have the energy to fight over food. As I was leaving the employees began speaking badly of me as a customer to other customers. As someone who works in customer service I am astounded. Even if I were incorrect and the order was made correctly-which it wasn’t because why else would I make another 30 minute round trip back-the order should’ve just been remade in front of me. I have never been yelled at or argued with as a customer and I sure as hell have never spoken so poorly of to other patrons.

We ordered a mobile pick up and the sandwiches were incorrect. It was inedible for my aunt due to some sauce that was put on she didn’t order. The sandwiches mainly consisted of bread and sauce. Highly recommend checking order or having it made in front of you.

Placed an online order, 40+ minutes in advance. Subway app states subs are ready at time they were set for pick up. Show up, they haven’t even started them… will not be returning.
