Food arrived hot and on time. It was flavorful and very yummy. We had the fried dumplings, general tso shrimp and orange chicken. Absolutely delicious.

Sitting in the restaurant waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago, still saying 10-15 minutes.

Wife likes the food, it was good when they first opened and warranted the premium price. Not really any longer.

Young staff at the counter seems to care less.

This will be our last order.

UPDATE: Received order 1 hour after ordering- 40 minutes after pickup time quoted on web ordering.
- Chicken was overcooked
- Spring Roll was cold inside
- Combination plate missing an Eggroll

Was gonna get food from here tonight and thought the food was reasonably priced based off the menu photos. Those prices are highly inaccurate. Wanted general tso chicken combo meal and on the image it says $10 and change...they wanted $19. So ended up going to cookout.

Pretty typical for a strip mall Chinese restaurant, but considering it is right next to a grocery store you know it has to be good. Quality was great and really quick. Ordered for 5 people and it was done in less than 20 minutes.

I ordered general taos chicken and a small portion of shrimp friend rice here for the first time .I was very satisfied with the taste of the food.

This place used to be one of our favorites. It has really gone downhill. The last two times we've ordered food we've arrived at the restaurant at the time that they said the food would be ready to pick up and have had to wait at least an hour to get our food. In fact last time after waiting an hour and a half we canceled our order and left with no food and had to come back to the restaurant a week later because I wasn't given a refund. Very disappointed and Super Pan.

The food is over priced. Rice was burnt two weeks ago; I thought I’d give them a try today rice was watery with no flavor.

Food is amazing and the restaurant is extremely clean. you don't always find this kind of cleanliness in a Chinese takeout restaurant. You must try the roast pork egg foo young. I travel a lot and always try to find a local Chinese place for dinner. I probably won't need to travel to this area anytime soon and I surely will miss this place..

Have previously ordered food from super pan and it was great, but today I came home from being in the hospital, so my wife ordered some food from here on door dash. And one dasher waited a while but then eventually cancelled the order. Another dasher accepted the order, and my wife offered her extra tips to wait but when the wait became too long we both canceled. Bottom line this is poor customer service!
