When I pulled up to the window I said “Hey how are you doing” to the worker, and she snarled at me and gave me my drink. I tried to give the worker grace because I dont know what she might have gone through that day, but when she handed me my food she did not say one word to me, even after I told her I hope she has a good day. I don’t expect 5 star customer service, but at least give a simple response if someone speaks to you. The food was ehhh but I was more disappointed in the customer service.

As soon as she handed me my drink, she asked me to pull forward out of the drive-through. Mind you there’s no cars behind me. I have a mobile order. I don’t know if they’re just trying to get their time down 🙄

They gave me all hard shell tacos instead of half and half in the party box. The drink was flat and the service was a little slow.

They put too much sauce in my burrito I asked for no sauce in, but they gave me an extra one, so it was worth it
Worst place to ever come for food. Immature unprofessional staff. Excessive wait times and just a poor attitude. Does the owner even care??? Save your money and buy a can of dog food. Better quality food with less attitude

Ordered at the counter instead of the kiosk. There was 1 other person waiting for their order. The receipt came out at 7:31 pm. We waited patiently at a table in front of the counter. By the time our food was called, at 7:55 pm there were 4 other people standing in front of the counter waiting for their orders. 1 employee popped out and checked on everyone standing around but never asked us our name. 2 burritos and 2 nachos bel grandes and it took 24 minutes. The only real positive, the food was good. Guess taco bell isn't in my future for a while.

Best Chalupas ever! Morning crew was on it…the meals were fresh and hot. So good. The drive thru line can get a bit lengthy during the night time.

My husband and I walked into Taco Bell in Moncks Corner SC 6/29/25 around 3:20pm and the service sucks. We were not greeted when we walked in and the worst part is one employee was sitting at the door near the windows. Another employee was sitting about two tables over and the third employee was sitting under rack near the drive thru window. I see why they had no cars or customers because the service and atmosphere sucks. We walked out and no one said anything or ask is everything okay or said can I help you because all three of them were on their phones. Bad for business and the phones are one of the dirtiest thing you can have in a kitchen.

Apparently they can't read. I ordered a chicken taco just chicken and cheese and got a chicken chalupa with all toppings. I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito and I got just beef, nothing else. Last time i ordered the same burrito? They gave me a burrito just full of refried beans
