I was at the drive thru literally a few seconds ago. First of all they don’t know how to train people properly, the young lady on the intercom doesn’t comprehend simple English because she’s under the influence and the manager he just doesn’t care. I placed my order and the lady repeated it to me several times got the order and it was COMPLETELY wrong!! I go to resolve the issue they get an attitude with me and say well you don’t wanna pay for what you asked for??? Yall already charged me!!! Yall need to get that store in order b/c it’s not going to be open for long with all the foolishness going on in there!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS W 0 and TIME MANAGEMENT is a 0 and FOOD is a 0.

Myself and coworkers placed a group of mobile orders for pickup. Two orders were not received which was not the issue as happens at many places. However when returning for the orders with receipts and order numbers we were immediately argued with by one of the rudest employees. She immediately stated you received your food and that's a fact. Immediately placed accusations we were trying to scam them out of free food and refused to even look into it. She made comments such as "if your hungry just say your hungry" and "quit playing i know you got you orders" Another employee came to the counter and got the information and returned 5 minutes later with the orders which were sitting at the mobile orders spot the entire time. Food cold and no attempt to make up for the disrespect and attitude which was not warranted. I was more than professional they entire time. I will not return to this Taco Bell but will still use others as they still believe in customer service.

I ordered online and picked up my order. Missing guacamole which I paid $2 for- go back in- they’re out. They were just going to let me leave having paid money for something knowing they didn’t have it. To me, that’s bad service to the extreme.

Placed an order online because the previous night I waited over 10 minutes before I gave up at someone even giving me the time of day! Placed an online order before I left my house (15 mins away) and it still took employs minutes to look up and I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. Got home and the lettuce looked like it had sat out in the sun all shriveled up. I do not recommend this place at all. I could understand if it only happened once, but there should be no excuse for the wait! Either do better or close!

I was scheduled for an interview today, I even texted the manager asking if it was still okay if I came in today just to be safe. And he said yes, I come in for my interview and an honestly very rude lady came up to me asking what I needed. So I told her I was there for the 2pm interview, she goes to the back and comes back a few minutes later telling me I’ll have to come back tomorrow because he’s “busy”

Let me paint the scene for you. There were four people inside including me, and two people at the drive through when I walked in. What could he possibly be busy with.

Completely unprofessional and an outright waste of my time and money I spent to get to that interview. And no I will not willingly waste my time again to come back tomorrow.

First, they told us we were not able to pickup our order inside the store, I had placed a mobile order. Since I had already paid, I decided to get into the drive thru. It took about 45-50 minutes to get to the order speaker, I was then told the didn't have the order and said that if we wanted to get the order, we would have to wait in the line all over again. I have to now get a refund through customer service.

You run out of beef for a taco, sub for steak, charge extra for the steak and barely get any steak on there. This was just a total disappointment.

I try to find something positive to leave in every review b/c I know sometimes people just have bad days, but when every time you visit an establishment and every single time you experience either awful customer service or wrong orders or prepared sloppily sometimes you can no longer give benefit of the doubt anymore.
I received 2 Taco Bell gift cards for my birthday (unfortunately) and both visits were 2 of the worst visits. One order wasn't even mine, like I got someone else's food. We didn't know until we got all the way home w/ the food, and it was late in the evening, I wasn't going back. There wasn't anything in the bag I could eat (I can't eat refried beans & they were in everything). It was a waste of a gift card.
I'm sorry, Taco Bell, but you're off my short list of fast food places I'll eat at.

asked for baja blast through drive through she cut me off saying they were out of mountain dew. Got Starry instead, just to pull up to the window and seeing her pour baja blast for a customer inside.
