We stopped by Barony House in Moncks Corner for a sit-down family meal and were really glad we did. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier—everyone made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. We both ordered the country fried steak with two sides, and everything tasted like good, honest Southern cooking. The mac and cheese was especially creamy and delicious—just the way it should be—and the biscuits were warm, buttery, and perfectly crumbly. You can tell everything’s made with care. Although we didn’t try dessert, they had some huge, beautiful cakes on display for anyone with a sweet tooth. Overall, Barony House is a great spot for hearty country food, friendly service, and a comfortable small-town atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

I saw a couple negative reviews here. I think they were just having a bad day. If you are from the south and craving good southern cooking like grandma made. You found the place.

Came here for the first time with H.O.P.E. Rescue for a appreciation dinner and loved it. Portions were perfect size and staff was very professional. This will become one of my favorite restaurants to dine at.

Very disappointing. This was my first visit and I waited over 30 minutes for the waitress to seat me. No one came over to get me or check on me. I will not be going back for a second chance.

Shirley & Danny Ledbetter owners Mac's Landing Camp on Lake Marion. We eat at the Baroney House at least 1 sometimes 3 times a week. We were told Sunday they were having all you can eat crab legs Thursday & Friday. We nade reservations and Danny took me for crab legs even though he is allergic to them 🤧 I cannot tell you how good they were, every piece came out whole every time, all I could do was brag on them, they were cook to perfection!!! Thank you to the best restaurant in town, the best most loyal folks to their customers. Danny & I love you all at the Baroney House. Thank you so much for caring for your customers, we love you all. Their cakes are the best, you definitely want to get a piece. Yum, I'm fed and ready to get my blanket and relax. Good night everyone 😉♥️🙏

I've been here twice. Overall I like it and will return. The food was pretty good and I like their cake. Atmosphere is pretty good, sometimes it feels like people are too close to you but it's not a huge issue for me to eat there.

I've eaten here for years, and always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Tonight was a little disappointing. We didn't get any rolls or bread, which used to be one of the highlights. For the most part, the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. I'll be looking forward to a return trip and see if things get back on track. Still has a pleasant atmosphere, and great to take someone on a special occassion, or just for dinner. Great variety on the menu.
